You have obviously not read the first post of this thread, have ya? :)

Actually I had at one point, but I forgot, lol. It just seems like everyone attributes all your success to minoxidil. I still think you should add your routine to "your regimen".

600+...f*** dude you must be kidding me.
But really dude, lookin at your results I feel better I am shedding too.

Yeap. Really, I know how frustrating shedding can be but since on treatment one should not worry too much. Hairs that cycle out, will cycle in "taking into account" your new treatment enhanced scalp reality.

Although I am only on minoxidil even though proscar is sitting on my desk right now. I wanted the minoxidil shedding to stop before starting Proscar so that I do not shed too much. I think I will just look at you as an example and forget worrying about the shedding.

I think that a finasteride shed(if it occurs) is several months into treatment and it would not be wise to wait that long. In any case it would not coincide with your minoxidil shed anyways I guess.

Thanks dude. With all the hair you have you must be getting some with those Greek chicks. Man I have seen some here and they are so fuckin HOTTTTTT

Hahaha everyone digs foreign ones! I was getting some anyway- but now I am more calm and it shows. It's all about your inner game.

Another shed wave. It might be also having a cosmetic impact on my hair. Losing finer weaker hairs again. Hair looks great for now nevertheless.

Still shedding like crazy, reminds me of the first days. :)

losing from the crown area especially, where density is obviously worse. Losing mostly finer shafts and some thicker ones. Spooky! :freaked:

it seems u've got a thing for art...lol

hey...awesome results man.... i know that once u've started minoxidil and finasteride u've got to stay on them for ever..but...i'm just amazed that u r still following that regimen strictly even after achieving such grt results for so long ....have u ever eased it a bit with ur SE or minoxidil or finasteride??

On target. It's amazingly easy to become lazy after things have "settled down" with your hair. If you can live on denial with apparent signs of male pattern baldness imagine how easy it is to pretend that there was nothing wrong with your hair ever after recovery. I fight those tendencies off. The key is to always remember that you belong right here: you are still an male pattern baldness hit individual nomatter what state your hair is currently in.

National service does not help keeping up with a strict regimen, but I think I have managed staying consistent in general. My regimen is still the same, minoxidil twice a day (sometimes once when I dont have the time), 1mg of finasteride daily, Nizoral every 2 or 3 days and of course... the SE. (I am SE-freak after all remember?)

hey..thats grt determination!...

by the way..i was just looking up SE after i read through ur thread....so is SE basically sort of like wiggling ur ears(which moves the scalp) without using the hands ..for a long time till the back portion of the scalp starts to hurt(getting pumped up)??

how often shud i do it??any suggestions??? i know u've mentioned already in ur thread how often u do it..but i dont want to read through 12 pages of this thread again....

I started this thread on the 1st of Dec 2005. I was 2 and a half months in treatment then. So I have been something like 17 months on treatments.

lilltoolate: the SE is not proven to work. It is up to you to determine the amount of time invested. I do the SE whenever I feel like it, which is several times per day while surfing the net, driving, making out with married women etc.
