no, I believe i eat foods of decent quality in general. Sometimes I eat some brewers yeast with breakfast. I do not smoke, I am relatively thin and i struggle to stay in shape while being torn to pieces by beautiful women. :hairy:

no its from lanes - but i dont think it matters. No need for supplements imo if you have a balanced diet. Nor will supplements save your hair i guess...
I often see tons of sups in people's regimens around here, basically all these are for the peace of mind, mostly for feeling like you are fighting with all you got.

Why the hell is everyone getting so excited??? This guy just got lucky with the big 3 and got great results. 99 percent of people WILL NOT get these type of results. I hate it when people who have been on all these snake oils for a while get "inspired" by seeing something like this.....the guy is an exception folks. Current treatments (including the sh*t 3) still SUCK and DO NOT produce these kind of reults for the large majority....I am living proof of this.
Congrats to the TS....now stop rubbing it in and get the heck off these forums....come back when this crap stops working and you have some real hairloss issues....

On a side note, your hair looks really really healthy. I'm trying to get mine to look less like straw. What exactly do you do to get it so smooth and silky? :gay: (maybe it has to do with the non-medicated shampoo you use?) Again, sorry for sounding so :gay:

Science tells use that about 85% of people stop hair loss with finasteride, and over half regrow some hair. In addition to minoxidil and keto, I hardly see where you get "99 percent WILL NOT get these type of results" when the success stories are full of them.

I will answer to this post for a single reason: I fought AGAINST my boredom of taking pictures, AGAINST the drive of ANYONE that has stopped worrying about his hair to leave these forums forever because I feel it is IMPORTANT to have people returning here and giving some feedback. Do you think it feels good to point a camera to your head AGAIN after 3 years? Well, *newsflash*, it is not.
Instead of denial (male pattern baldness? what is that? bah...) I am still HERE. I used to wonder why people with success never come back and leave room only to doom-prophets and panic. I do not wonder any more, I practically forced myself to log here again, not for an ego boost, I feel every man worrying for his fur related to me somehow and I took so much from these forums that felt i had to get my *** here and report.
I feel really sorry that some people think i found a field to boast and feel good over others, while I am just trying to give some info back.
I didnt even post the bloody pics till someone asked me to.

Seriously, thanks for coming back mate. It's awesome hearing from someone who's had success in this male pattern baldness battle; makes me feel less crazy trying to do something about it and gives me more hope for the future. You should come back more often, spread the love and all that.

My regimen is filled out---just move your cursor over the button.
Anyway it's: 5% minoxidil 2x per day (since June 2002) using foam now
1/6 Proscar every day (since April 2006)
5% spironolactone 1X/day (off and on from '06-'07 using regularly for the last year)
Copper peptides (currently Folligen)
I don't use Nizoral--had a bad reaction to it.
My best results are in the front--the sides and temples came forward alot. My forehead has shrunk considerably in the last couple of years. I still have a bald spot that I can't do much about, although it's shrunk quite a bit too. Overall I'm very happy.

Why not get inspired? Sure maybe only one other guy out of this board will even close to amazing results what he had. Still it is far noble to come back on here and keep posting giving hope to the guys who are still on treatments and starting then just to say "See you f@#ks later!" All you are doing is inspiring negativity.
