Hey man, can you let us know about the process - how long much do you need per month?
How often do you inject?
edit - I just researched it - its pretty expensive at almost £30 for a months worth. If I had more spare cash I might consider it. I think £30 a month to have a tan is worth it if you have lots of spare cash, but I would rather save for a hair transplant

Sure. So I loaded for 10 days at 5 ius per day. After those 10 days I started tanning 5-6 mins at a time working my way up to 9 mins per tan twice a week while injecting 10ius a day until I was as dark as I wanted to be. Then I stopped everyday injections and now inject 5ius every other day or every third day because sometimes I forget. That's it. Enjoy your sickening tan.

That's awesome - I think the cost has put me off - plus, I could only do the nasal spray because I couldn't inject myself.

I did think you looked a little pale before - the body has always been on point - so this tan has taken your body to the next level. You've essentially reached the best body possible.

Thanks m8. I purchased 5 vials for $18 a vial, and I got a huge box of 100 slin needles for $25 bucks. I have only gone through 2 full vials and I'm now on my third so I am just maintaining with these last 3 which will take me to the fall time and I'll stop using it until next spring.

3-4 days a week on a push/pull legs full body routine. Just watching what I eat. Lots of cardio/sprints and two 5 mile runs per week.

I haven't been looking for dates or to get laid. I'm trying really hard to just focus on self improvement and all that other BS. The girl gave her card to my grandmother and asked her to give it to me. That's it, no expectations.
