3-4 days a week on a push/pull legs full body routine. Just watching what I eat. Lots of cardio/sprints and two 5 mile runs per week.

4 sets of incline DB press
4 sets on the pec deck
Weighted push-ups with two 45 plates on my back (only do this when I train with one of my buds)
And I do dips sometimes weighted if I remember to bring my belt with me. That's all I do.

Thats it? f*** I workout every day and have worse body than yours I also eat more. How much do you weight?Monday is push day. Shoulders/chest/triceps
Tuesday is cardio
Wednesday is pull day: entire back workout, biceps/traps
Thursday cardio again.
Friday: legs.
I eat 3 meals, with snacks in between. Protein bars/shakes/handful of almonds etc.
