3-4 days a week on a push/pull legs full body routine. Just watching what I eat. Lots of cardio/sprints and two 5 mile runs per week.

i read a lot mixed stuff about that ppl routine but you look f*****g great.

what exactly is your chest workout?

Where's your body at right now?

I'm 185lbs but back up to 15% body fat. I need to lose 10lbs for June.

4 sets of incline DB press
4 sets on the pec deck
Weighted push-ups with two 45 plates on my back (only do this when I train with one of my buds)
And I do dips sometimes weighted if I remember to bring my belt with me. That's all I do.

ive been watching a lot of stuff from that athlean x dude on youtube. good videos

and buffdudes too lol

Tuesday is cardio
Wednesday is pull day: entire back workout, biceps/traps
Thursday cardio again.
Friday: legs.

I eat 3 meals, with snacks in between. Protein bars/shakes/handful of almonds etc.

Thats it? f*** I workout every day and have worse body than yours I also eat more. How much do you weight?

If you want to see real "slayers" go look at the physiques on instagram. I have an athletic build.. nothing spectacular.

No, that's not what I'm trying to do. I'm in the same boat as almost everyone here I am losing my hair that is why I have come here in the first place.

I didn't try and go out with this girl, when I saw her the first time my first thought was not a chance in the world so I won't even look at her.

And thirdly, @shookwun will even agree with me when I say my physique is nothing amazing. I am athletic and tall and that's it, again, go on instagram and look at some of the guys like Steve cook, Sadik, Jeff seid, David laid, these guys have tremendous physiques and me standing next to them I would look like a twig.

I'm always the first to put myself down, there is no bragging done here. I like this forum and the people here otherwise I wouldn't give advice or anything else. Pretty simple.

I was living in reclusion but not anymore. Iv been at my BJJ academy training 5 days a week, putting in more effort to socialize, iv been reading a bit, but as we all know getting out of that mentality is always a transition it's not done overnight. You know that already.
