Lots of veluce hairs going terminal on the hairline and, 100% the hair on my crown has gone terminal.

Still on dutasteride 0.5mg + Ru58841 100mg + Pyrilutamide 10mg + microneedling 2x a month.

Is it dangerous to take Dutasteride (0.5 mg per day, or half a tablet of 0.25 mg per day,)? Who took it, what happened to you, did it help, is there any change, does it make sense?

Started to use Estrogel 1 press (≈0.75 mg per day) topically, to Kirkland Minoxidil foam 2 times a day.

I think it is better to order and use Maxogen-X (1 time a day + Estrozhel 1 time a day and not drink these pills? )

Composition of Maxogen-X:

Minoxidil 7.0% (70 mg*)
Finasteride 0.15% (1.5 mg *)
Azelaic acid 1.5% (15 mg *)
ABN ComplexTM 0.8% (8.0 mg *)
Retin-A (otherwise known as tretinoin) ...... 0.025% (0.25 mg *)
Fluocinolone ........... 0.01% (0.1 mg *)
Caffeine: ............. 0.001% (0.01 mg *)
(* amount in each milliliter (ML))

Plus ketoconazole shampoo (ketoconazole 2% + zinc pyrithione), what do you think?

Hey guys, can you tell me if taking 0.5 mg of dutasteride daily makes sense? Has anyone taken it? What were the side effects and are there any results?

Also, what do you think about cyproterone acetate, is it dangerous to take 50 mg a day, or divide the tablet into 4 parts (12.5 mg)?

While I use minoxidil 5% foam 2 times a day and once a day estradiol 1 dose ≈0.75.

Have any of you tried Maxogen-X lotion?

This is great news. We have never been as close to solving the problem of baldness as we are now. I have high hopes for the coming years. Too bad we don't know what exactly plays a big role in your mode. I'm surprised by the success of RU because I've never seen it successfully used for aggressive early baldness before. I would assume Pyrilutamide did all the work if you didn't take it for just one month compared to 4 months on RU.
I am concerned about the price of Pyrilutamide when it will be available to buy. I have my suspicions that it will be expensive. Can you tell me what is your monthly expense for RU? 10 grams of the stuff will cost me $155 including shipping
I stopped HRT after 10 months, after a month I start Clomid therapy in order to return my T faster. It would be great if there is a not too expensive supportive agent so that I can not use HRT.

Bica is mostly maintance drug imo. Add estrogen if you need regrowth, but e2 regrowth is not well maintained after e2 levels drop upon quitting. Would suggest you to try pyrilutamide before going on any other sh*t tier drug from 80s.

Nothing spectacular, didnt lost a single hair for 6 months tho. My hair is frozen in place as it was 6 months ago with thickening of oral min i guess. Im tired of taking it and worrying about my health all the time. Pyrilutamide is better either way. Bica was just pause button on hairloss until something better comes along.
