I also have 0 size. Can you take hormone tests? See testosterone, estradiol ratioI have many hairs starting to grow in temples, and yes i am developing breasts, but i don't care, the trade off is 10000% worth it.

I would like to understand what is crucial for hair growth. I would not like bika. I take cpa, the last week I switched to a dose of 25ml. But since I raised the dose of cpa, accordingly, the dose of estradiol should be raised in order to avoid the antiestrogenic effect of cpa .My regimen morning 2ml estradiol and evening 2ml estradiol + 25cpa. There are results in the androgen-dependent zone. The front line heals very slowly. I have gynecomastia 0-0.5.Yes i have a blood test coming up next month.

There are no dgt blockers, since this is due to 5AR inhibition. Not only testosterone passes through 5AR, but it is also progesterone, which in turn is encoded into another metabolite, dihydroprogesterone. Are you taking any DHT blockers in that regiment?
5-alpha reductase is an enzyme that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone in tissues. This enzyme also takes part in the synthesis of neurosteroids such as allopregnanolone and tetrahydrodeoxycorticosterone (THDOC), converts progesterone to dihydroprogesterone and (DHP), and deoxycorticosterone (Doctor) to dihydrodeoxycosterone (DHDOC).Are you taking any DHT blockers in that regiment?
Does estradiol bear the main importance of hair growth? Or is it still a testosterone blocker? Cpa, bika[UPDATE] I have been on bicalutamide for around three months so far, whilst using estradiol for five months. My main side effects are that my scalp becomes dry and itchy, although this is combated using a nourishing hair conditioner. I also have puffy nipples, although I’m not sure I can contribute breast growth to these medications since I have also gained almost 10kg since March. Nevertheless, gynecomastia is the lesser of two evils.
This is my hair currently, with the photo taken today:

Prior to starting medications, I was a close to becoming an NWV, balding in an NW7 pattern.

My hair loss specialist was somewhat correct about one aspect, which is myself becoming an NWV. In fact, my hairline was about to become that if treatments were delayed by a couple of months considering the hostility of my hair loss. I was lucky enough to have mini hairs around my hairline which represented an NW1, which could explain why my hairline reached this point faster than expected. In terms of density, it has definitely increased significantly since my last update.
Note: I do have hair fibres in the main section of my hair, but nowhere near my hairline, which is why the focus on this update is on the hairline rather than the overall density. You will just have to take my word that the density of my hair has improved, unfortunately...

Honestly I think that the ones who are on the more extreme regimens could do without the bical after a certain period of time. Don't you think that only estrogen would be required to suppress testosterone and sustain the desired hormone balance?
Very good results ikarus, you will be fully recovered soon imo. I remember you saying you tried hair fibres and didn't like them a while ago, were you not using them properly or something? i have never used them personally. Just wondering.
there's been a couple times I've taken breaks from androgen receptor blockers and I didn't feel different. After so long on hormones the shrunken balls won't come back anytime soon and estradiol will keep T low on its own.. but it might be more difficult with bica unless enough E was taken to counter its gonadotrophin effect and atrophy the testicles .Honestly I think that the ones who are on the more extreme regimens could do without the bical after a certain period of time. Bridge and others - any opinion on using DHT gel for gyno? Actually, India (esp Delhi) has no supply of raloxifene rn. So for some time, I'm considering DHT gel.
I've already bought Tamoxifen and taking it at 20mg per day, but I am afraid of its effects on hair.
spironolactone wouldn't give you terrible gyno. You will be able to manage it.Bridge and others - any opinion on using DHT gel for gyno? Actually, India (esp Delhi) has no supply of raloxifene rn. So for some time, I'm considering DHT gel.

I'm still unable to fathom its occurance. Everything was going fine and one day I wake up with slight pain and a ball like substance behind left nipple. It seems to be subsiding though.spironolactone wouldn't give you terrible gyno. You will be able to manage it.
