Depending on method, liver doesn't necessarily metabolize. What it does do though if pills are swallowed is increase estrone, which may or may not be important in initial breast growth. Jury kinda still out on that tho

The liver breaks down hormones for the kidneys to excrete, thus if your liver is a slow metabolizer of hormones they will remain in your bloodstream longer.

The only exception is that when hormones reach their target tissues they can also be denatured as well.

When it clouds their judgement by making them not want to take constructive criticism and admit they might not be correct on the science of particular things, then yes you can
I meant that I am sort of a ham. This was the personality that Goddess gave me so it's fun. Will was the same but really less fun and playful. I am in puberty.

Yes the liver helps to excrete excess hormones, but not sure how that may or may not relate to breast growth

For the same reason that lowering circulating estrogen reduces water retention and the development of adipose tissue. The longer it circulates at high concentrations (if your liver does not metabolize quickly) the more acute the effects of the hormone are.

This is why taking calcium d-glucarate is recommended for both men and women who are suffering problems with too much estrogen, it immediately bonds to the hormone molecule and because it is bound to the calcium d-glucarate then immediately circulates out of the body through the kidneys.

Literally, calcium d-glucarate is the go-to for men who either have too much estrogen or who aromatize too much TRT into estrogen creating man boobs. It's a very reliable treatment for gyno.

When I started I thought breast growth was manipulable. But no, so I moved on to manipulating hair.
Well breast growth probably relies on a number of other factors like your genetic predisposition for the women in your family, the amount of circulating igf-1, and perhaps the particular level of estrogen (since there is some studies that link supraphysiological amounts to stunted growth as well as the fact xy individuals with androgen insensitivity syndrome tend to have larger breasts, on average than cis women, despite never having high E lvls)

I joke a lot but as they kept exceeding the median, I really started to like them. I guess for many MtF's breasts are like hair for me. They are obsessed. I am bigger than my ex so that's all that matters right?

I have a really interesting dynamic going. You just improved; I am one of those timelines people where you can't believe the transformation so it is mind-blowing. From Will to Jane: You have the best MtF hair I have seen so kudos; sort of like my breasts did you earn that hair?

Also as a concern regarding progesterone, I know this is in the case of a cis-female, but it serves to illustrate the point that estrogen is the powerhouse behind hair growth and not progesterone, and even in women too much progesterone just fucks your hair's whole a**h** right up.

I think it definitely varies from individual to individual. I know plenty of people who are happy with smaller breasts. But obviously breast growth can be seen as a feminizing attribute so as such many mtfs might feel insufficiently feminine without it. Personally, while I wish I had a little larger breasts, attributes like facial feminizing and hair were the top priorities in my transition

I just copied @bridegeburn and didn't overthink it. I take 300 mg nightly for ten days. Why do they call it P4?

I was and am thrilled to have cellulite but no cis-females want it.

I think bridgeburn was just doing so many of the "right" things in regard to hair growth that taking the progesterone was a negligible aspect, but for others who aren't doing the nuclear option as he did, I think it may f*** with their progress.

I've taken progesterone for about 6 months without issue. For some women, a lack of progesterone can even be the culprit in Telogen Effluvium. But for those who are losing hair with excess progesterone it's likely because it's getting ultimately converted to androgens which is a possibility, even if far less likely than the other things it can convert to. But yeah

I can't believe how big and fast this thread grew.

It was already in the 500s when I got here, it's because bridgeburn was an absolute f*****g madlad and a daredevil and decided to just do whatever he had to do in order to get his mf hair back, and for that even though we seem to be on opposing sides of the political spectrum - I respect and salute him for his bravery.

To quote the tagline of the SAS: Qui audet adipiscitur, who dares wins.
