Yikes. I call the Power's people "pill-suckers" when I want to irk them. I would not want to suck on pills all day but it is cheaper and much. It also changes the meds half-life greatly although that rarely matters if ever for basic feminization externally. For your age, well for any age, Gergely, your knowledge is impressive to me.

If preformed by a highly skilled surgeon, the reccurence rate is low, but not 0%.

In addition to incomplete excision, regrowth is also possible if the underlying causes of your gynecomastia remain unaddressed following surgery.

Studies show that several different factors are associated with the onset of gynecomastia, including the use of certain medications and drugs. Alcohol, opioids and steroids are known culprits — if the patient continues to abuse of these substances after surgery, regrowth is possible.


In other words, if your breast growth is due to Bicalutamide, and you continue the Bicalutamide after the gyno surgery, there is a minimal chance for regrowth. Adding E might exacerbate the situation.

Virtually all of it is reversible when one desists. Breast growth is the main exception and that often can shrink particularly for people who don't carry mature cis-female-like breasts which is 99 percent of HRT MtF's. Some claim that Serms will reduce breast size but that's not something that most MtF's are shooting for. There are some non-binary tops though that use Serms.

Sexually, the orgasms for MtF's continue although they are female-like. You won't have as much interest in sex but you won't have that flush of sexual desire that males experience. Many are unable to use their hands anymore though because the necessary motions are different.
