My life long back acne has disappeared that's about it. Form me estrogen seems to be overhyped
He has changed a lot ... Really looked like a girl. I would not want such a strong effect

Yes, but it's been a while and my total T dubbled since i was on bica
Your T doubled even though you take 4mg of E? When I was on 6mg of E my T was under 20ng/dl

I think feminization becomes a strong possibility when there's suddenly an inverse relationship of T to E

As the member before said, better take E after full development, so you don't have irreversible damage. If bica+finasteride+ maybe spironolactone wont halt your loss, then I don't know if it is even driven by androgens. E is just a growth stimulant in my eyes, and a indirect anti androgen to supress all your T and indirectly your DHT.

Maybe look out for the thread "regrowing hair while retaining masculinity" by Wolfpac, or so.
Estrogen has pervasive skin effects that AA's don't have or barely have. The hair environments are not the same. Men have more sebum and yeast and coarser skin and hair. Men often cannot wear their hair below the ears because it looks crappy that long. I noticed before I noticed balding that my hair no longer looked good long. That's part of the mullet effect.

Perhaps instead of increasing the dosage to 100mg, it is wiser to add 100mg spironolactone or 2mg Estradiol. I dont know
Will 2mg estradiol in addition to Bica destroy my T, or will there still be? I would hate to get a feminized brain
In this regard, it makes sense to use 150mg Bica, it will increase estradiol, but will not destroy T. However, this is a large dose, it is psychologically scary to use it

So, we have 3 options:
1) Bica 50mg + 2mg estradiol
2) Bica 50mg + 100mg spironolactone
3) Bica 150mg
The first method is the strongest for hair growth
Feminized brain? The only differences will be less interested in sex and you will get much nicer and cooperative as a human.

Ok, everything is ymmv. But to put things in perspective, I've literally used E with every AA combination at times (cpa, bica, spironolactone) as well as finasteride and dutasteride. If I want to get an erection I still can without issue. But that's a big if, since I have practically no libido. And my testicles have long atrophied.
MtF bottoms and femmes tend not to be able to get erect without help but I don't like topping anyway.

"Several studies have found that hormone therapy in transgender women causes the structure of the brain to change in the direction of female proportions.[303][304][305][306][307] In addition, studies have found that hormone therapy in transgender women causes performance in cognitive tasks, including visuospatial, verbal memory, and verbal fluency, to shift in a more female direction"

Bica is known to stop androgenic action in skin: meaning sebum production, oiliness etc.

Yeah. That part is right. Sorry, I thought you were thinking more so about behavior.

Dont take estrogen. You end up with the bullet in your brain and not on your temple.

I don't know what that means but I think you are comparing having a female brain to suicide which is mildly humorous.

But seriously, if there are changes, they are just as likely to be improvements. You won't lose your ability to do math, I promise.

Yeah I get it. Personally I think hrt is kinda risky if you don't want feminization. Good news is if you start going past a point you don't like, you can stop and most changes should revert. Though depending on gyno amount, that may require surgery if prominent enough
Even breasts possibly. I lost mine when I tried to be male again a few years back. But when I went back on HRT, it was like the pump was primed or something and girl did they grow out to almost D's but this is all but literally, one in one hundred with that sort of breast development. You can reach a point where they are permanent and I am thinking maybe B cups and over are permanent. Average MtF size is double A. I think mine are permanent even with Serms.

Hey, they are bigger than my ex's which MtF's can virtually never say!
