as long as you have the dht controlled from the increase in free t from bic you should not loose hair with bic & 5ar. Most of the increased T will aromatise to E. In theory it’s possible to regrow with these two drug in conjunction.

that being said, Adding small amount of E (as I do) to further suppress T will be much more beneficial and also more side effect can come.

50mg bic, 0.5mg avodart, 1.5mg E(gel) & 10mg loniten - hoping this bring me that hairline growth I need!
This combination will give you 3 months of growth. But you need to follow the analyzes, monitoring T and E is necessary

Now I am trying to stop baldness. If all goes well and I can stop the progression of Androgenetic Alopecia, I will add Estrogen. Possibly high HRT dosages to achieve the ideal

Yeah I’ve used it for one year up to 40mg, gave me amazing results.. used avodart for 3 years again great results. Bic with E are new to my regimen. (2 months)

I feel my body hair (stomach and chest) is growing more since beginning but my beard is patchy. Is this usual? Thanks

Thought I'd post some progress since I've just passed the year mark. The pics on the left are today, the one on the right is 2 years ago, before any treatment. The hairline is stubborn, but there are some vellus hairs in the corners so I'm still hopeful.

What has been your regimen throughout the year? I remember that you had a powerful regimen, but unfortunately, I can see that your hair on the hairline is thin. I have thinning hairline and temples, I am trying to increase the thickness of my hair, but it seems to be very difficult

It's varied a lot, but for the majority of it it's been finasteride, bica and estrogen injected into my thigh. I'm castrated now, so I'm on estradot 100 patches with finasteride and don't need an anti-androgen. At one point my estogen levels exceeded pregnancy levels, but that isn't sustainable long term. I've also found out I have severely low vitamin D, and have been taking suppliments/getting more sunlight and things seem to be improving. Anyone else going this route I would reccomend getting vitamin D levels checked as it's vital for a lot of functions. I'm avoiding minoxidil as I noticed some negative effects on the skin, causing premature ageing.

I am getting more and more confused... there is literally no other way to regrow hair besides transitioning!? How can I, a 17- year old MAN/BOY, avoid that and still... regrow my temples and vertex/crown + diffuse thinning.

You have to be extremely lucky to regrow hair with something like finasteride. I would say you are quite young, if you want take something like dutasteride and wait for a year. Im pretty sure your hair will improve a lot.

Have you tried any of the therapies mentioned in this thread?

Not yet. I am currently only on Finasteride. I will try Bicalutamide soon, maybe in a few months or in 1-2 years.

If I am going to do a gyno surgery, I will probably start right after with HRT.

Do you have any blood works done? LH, testosteron, estradiol, SHBG, thyroid values?
PS: btw, how do you feel on finasteride? Any ED issues?

Unfortunately, this is the only way. And even this does not guarantee results, as we can see from Gergely and many other participants.
I've repeated this many times before: my plan is this:
1) Stop progression with Bicalutamide
2) Grow HRT
3) Support with Bicalutamide

If I fail to implement even the first point, it will be a failure. If I can still stop baldness, then I am not sure that after stopping Estradiol I will not get worse. Studies in mice suggest that bicalutamide only partially prevents DHT's effects. Either you have to use 100-150mg, but I would not like to use that much

My goal now is to stop this sh*t. It's the most important

Studies in mice, go with human clinical studies mate. Avodart stops dhts effects. There is clinical studies to prove that. Bic will stop T’s effects by blocking the receptor, the dht is blocked if u use 5ar?! Im I wrong here? I don’t think bic can even compete with dht mate, it’s affinity is too high.

how long have u been on bic, any results? Regrowth?
