Diet is key, exercise is not even required to lose weight.

Word. I don't exercise at all, except walking my dog for 30 minutes every day. And I'm skinny as f***. Being 'naturally skinny' isn't even in my family, I'm convinced it has to do with my diet. I don't starve myself or anything, just eat a little bit of everything in moderation, with the main focus on fruit, veggies and lean meats. Works like a charm for me, but then again no two bodies are the same and some people do require more effort to keep the weight off. Still diet it the main thing in my opinion.

Somehow it annoys me when I see fullheads with bad hairstyles, I mean you've been blessed with a full head couldn't you at least make the most of it?! A while ago my remaining grandfather saw a woman with nice, perfectly curled hair on TV and told me this; "You see that? Hair is everything when it comes to someone's attractiveness!" Well... He's bald, I'm bald... And we're both aware of it haha.

Don't get me wrong it's not really Bad but it's not good or attractive to me either. And i find some older women very attractive...when they are attractive. Elegant. Good skin. good physique. Good bones.
