Does s-equol have to be used topically to be effective or could you take it orally like as a supplement? Has any person actually used s equol and proven through hormone panels that it does actually lower DHT as claimed? It still seems s-equol kind of lacks evidence.

i asked the guy who gonna making the replicated lotion if he succeed to get the S-equal. and he answer me that it wasn't a problem because the laboratory which will replicate the product order it.
the only problem which they are working on it is to make the lotion legal. make their own patent. the laboratory has it own lawyer who is working on it. and he says normally it will be OK. may be this week we will hear a good news about that.

i didn't understand well how they gonna make it legal but after i read some of his blog translated to English. he's trying to modify the dosage in order to make it legal. for example if brotzu patent says the dosage of S-equal should be between 1 to 2 ml for 100ml of lotion the replicated lotion will choose another dosage like 2 to 3 ml for 100ml lotion.
I'm not sure about that but that what i understood.

you can ask him if you have a question on his blog in the comment section. he answer question writing in English.

From what I recall, and I'm not sure about this, oral equol consumption might just end up in the toilet. It's hard to absorb.

Wow, this is bullshit for Brotzu but good for us. :D

And thank you for this update, mate.

may be this will let FIDIA speed up the trial and the production process.

Mhh, I hope the italian labor will have success. I mean we could have the lotion within some weeks this way.

If it really works, I will buy the original one from Brotzu when it's out and I will send Brotzu 1000$. :D

If you fight the reason for Androgenetic Alopecia, the inflammation will go away. Let's wait and see.

Can you keep us updated with the stolen patent and so on? :)

Any guess how long we have to wait for the replica or the cost? Is it the same exact thing? Please god be soon, if I have to wait for Botzo I will have no hair left to save.

You can't wait until early 2017?

You might be screwed regardless then.

As discussed above the Brotzu lotion made by Fidia is not confirmed for early 2017, it could be here in 6 months, it could be 3 years, Fidia said they don't know how long it will take.

As discussed above our best hope for now is someone else makes the lotion.

They're not confirming anything to avoid legal liability. They're speaking in standard legalese. That they have no idea if this lotion works, how well it works, when it's going to be made, et cetera but they are conducting rigorous scientific trials to investigate the issue.

The rational expectation is for this lotion to come out in 2017 if it's a 6-month trial, or late-2017 if it's a 12-month trial.

Nice !!!!!
If this lotion work as brotzu claim, it gonna replace the big3. And no need to use 3 product and once a day.
And the best things after using the lotion for 2 years you can maintain your hair by using the lotion just 2 or 3 time a week.:)

Imagine doing this with propecia & minoxidil you will probably loose the hair you gained.

The thread starter should probably change the thread title and remove the "2016" part as it will be confusing to anyone who hasn't followed what has happened.

The thread title reads like it's confirmed that it will be released in 2016.
There is no confirmed release date, which is a key point.

paleocapa89 did nothing wrong in choosing this thread title as when he started the thread it looked like it was going to be released in 2016, but things have changed since then there is now zero certainty when the official release date will be from Fidia.

I've been losing hair like a chemo patient for the past year. I guess I've lost about 98 of the density of my original hair (when I was a kid) around the top, but it's diffuse, so I can barely manage a rapidly deteriorating combover which gets worse by the month.
