Just mixed a fresh batch. Takes a few minutes. Very simple, you only need to put it in pure ethanol. So one 50mg pill will be 5mL of alcohol which could last you a week. You could do 2x50mg pills and mix it in 10mL of alcohol to last a while longer, and so forth. I lightly needle before application to ensure absorption (no bleeding, just get the skin pink).
about 2mL every 4-5 days or so
Where u live bro. Ty for info.

Do you maintain only with that or are you using finasteride/dutasteride/min? I'm on dutasteride and minoxidil and I'm still losing ground slowly so i think if i stack those 3 it will work.
Yeah I'm on finasteride+min too. Topical antiandrogens complement the regimen

Calutide 50mg is out of stock .. maybe i try my luck next month. Man this stuff is used for severe prostate cancer.... Scary... Have u felt any sides from this? Btw upping my dose to 2.5mg of dutasteride that blocks 83% of scalp dht. Will further nuke scalp dht by using it topically twice weekly. I may add bica topically later on.

So far I have tried all the approved methods: minoxidil + nizoral for over 6 months, minoxidil + microneedling 6 months, minoxidil + finasteride for over a year. Nothing helps with regrowth on the front. A month ago I started minoxidil + tretinoin 0.025 % for better enzyme activity (it is supposed to turn non responders in responders). So far nothing changed besides having dry and flaky scalp from the tretinoin cream. I know that people usually wait 3-4 months to see results but it seems like adding tretinoin doesn't even make a slight difference in terms of vellus hair appearing. I never got to the point where I would see signs of improvement and be like "finally, this treatment works, I can keep going with it".

I am afraid I am wasting another 6 months but I also don't want to try the kitchen sink method by taking several treatments all at once. As times goes by I am becoming more frustrated and restless. I can't really concentrate on anything and feel anxious. At first I didn't feel like this because I felt optimistic that the treatments would work (back in 2019), now I am mentally worse than ever before. I running out of options.
Eureka.

Yes it sucks realizing that nothing works when others have success with it. I have been feeling pretty down lately and been having suicidal thoughts.
Bro I feel you. I'm using dutasteride and oral minoxidil every day and still losing ground. This is so frustrating because if the standard meds doesn't work, you have to enter in testing territory which is all random.... You can either have successful or have nasty side effects. In my case, I don't have depression but hair loss has caused me generalized anxiety....

Jesus, dude , google it . If is really important for you , you have a f*****g library on pubmed.gov to search for tons of studies . READ !
I haven't found any studies of topical bicalutamide. I only know there are few trichologist on my country that are experimenting with bicalutamide therapy for male and female hairloss for one year now. The results of the study should come this year and if this works, I am definitely doing this.

You will probably have a huge improvements in the third month. When I first used oral minoxidil at only 2.5 mg, I regrew a lot and i mean a lot of hair.

Maybe or i wont respond at all. Used it before for 2.5 months then quit due to sides, dont think i had any thickness increase tbh. But well some need more time. It depends how Long a person has been balding for. One guy saw hairline regrowth after 9 months..hmm
