I don't think I'll ever try ru. I've heard some doctors that say is hepatotoxic. CB is way too expensive. I'm just waiting to CB to get release and hopefully get it cheaper or Pyrilutamide.

No, the study don't say that. It said that ONE person, was loosing groung after several years of using only Finasteride and the the Doctore decided , who knows why, to add one capsule of Dutasteride per week. He could simple stop using Finasteride and use one caps of Dutasteride capsules per week and will have the same effects.
Telling that Dutasteride + Finasteride is better than Dutasteride alone is pure ignorance.

Taking dutasteride daily for 14 months. First 8 months worked wonders but after that, I'm losing hair again. So I think it would be nice 1 day 0.5 mg dutasteride and the other 1.25 finas, right?

My hairloss case is weird. I grow thick healthy strong hairs on the top close to crown on both sides of my head. I have cut it, pulled it and all I get is thick strong hairs. Yet i have lost mass there for years, my hair also grows super slow for years, despite eating good and taking vitamins. I dont think dht is my only problem unfortunately.

Yeah it is weird. I do have diffuse thinning, that's really fucked up. I also have scalp pains (sometimes is almost impossible to touch the hair), despite of using ketoconazole, other antifungals shampoos or even steroid shampoos or MSM to lower the inflammation if there is any. But as I said earlier the weirdest thing is that my regimen stopped working after 7 months all of a sudden.

Im using now 6mg twice daily of oral minoxidill instead of 12.5mg once daily, I hope it helps. It took a guy 9 months on 7mg oral once daily to regrow his hairline.

It is very weird not to get results with 12mg, you should eventually regrow some hair, but if you are like me, you will have a maximum dosage for scalp regrowth, but as always every person is different. The maximum results in the scalp that I can get from oral minoxidil is 3.5-4mg, if I higher the dose my scalp hair remain the same but I start to develop an insane hypertrichosis on the back, arms, leg and chest, so it is not worth for me to go higher than 4 mg.

but if you have hair all in your body with high dosage, i think you have results too on your hair with this way, you can't have more results with more high dosage only on your body, for sure your hair also

That's what I observed from the pics. I can maybe gain like few hairs more on the scalp (not very noticeable) but a very noticeable hypertrichosis on the rest of the body. It doesn't seem worth at all.

Yeah it might be worth for you, but not for me. I had more hair with 2.5 mg minoxidil than 3.5 or 5 mg so it is clear that there are other issues, and it won't matter how much I increase my minoxidil dosage, I will keep losing hair.

Dutasteride have a 5 week half life while Finasteride only 7 hours , plus , Dutasteride inhibit All the DHT that Finasteride Inhibit , by the exactly same mechanism PLUS a 29 % more since it inhibit both 5-alpha reductase type 1 and 2 . Hence , you are an ignorant . Using Science like it was a religion .

Cause you are an Ignorant, again, the problem is your brain. If you don't have enought minoxidil sulphate convertion enzyme, not matter how much you use, it will not work. That is why tretinoin is a much better alternative and this is why topical tretinoin plus minoxidil is better than minoxidil oral.
