I haven't found any studies of topical bicalutamide. I only know there are few trichologist on my country that are experimenting with bicalutamide therapy for male and female hairloss for one year now. The results of the study should come this year and if this works, I am definitely doing this.
Lol . Dude, if you use a Topical antiandrogen IT WILL GO SYSTEMIC .. So simple like that . Of course it will work, problem are the side effects. It is a drug that was patented 40 years ago ! It is nothing new.

But if those doctors find that bicalutamide mesotherapy is safe on male subjects, why wouldn't I try it?

omg, try it and you will see it by yourself. Watch up your tits , once gyno is development, surgery is the only option.
I dont think doctors will release bicalutamide mesotherapy if it has such side effects. They say they are already testing it for 1 year and for now there are no severe side effects. I'll wait till they publish the results and see.

Lol . It is not an approved treatment. Is use it offlabel. If you pay you will always find a doctor without moral that will give you what you want.

Is it not a random doctor, it is possibly the most famous tricholigist on my country. He has also participated in other important studies posted in pubmed.gov, so no he will not give something that is inmoral.

So far I have tried all the approved methods: minoxidil + nizoral for over 6 months, minoxidil + microneedling 6 months, minoxidil + finasteride for over a year. Nothing helps with regrowth on the front. A month ago I started minoxidil + tretinoin 0.025 % for better enzyme activity (it is supposed to turn non responders in responders). So far nothing changed besides having dry and flaky scalp from the tretinoin cream. I know that people usually wait 3-4 months to see results but it seems like adding tretinoin doesn't even make a slight difference in terms of vellus hair appearing. I never got to the point where I would see signs of improvement and be like "finally, this treatment works, I can keep going with it".

I am afraid I am wasting another 6 months but I also don't want to try the kitchen sink method by taking several treatments all at once. As times goes by I am becoming more frustrated and restless. I can't really concentrate on anything and feel anxious. At first I didn't feel like this because I felt optimistic that the treatments would work (back in 2019), now I am mentally worse than ever before. I running out of options.
I have the same problem but worse! I know I have scarring alopecia but the stupid derms I've seen haven't a clue in how to spot it. The majority of them aren't capable of spotting these conditions or even asking the right questions to patients with problems. They're so useless! When it comes to hair, hair specialist only dermatologists should be used. I will be getting a biopsy soon from a hair loss specialist dermatologist to hopefully get at the missing root [pun intended] of my hair loss situation. Frankly if the next one cannot see the scarring alopecia then the biopsy will, assuming it is taken from the right area and the histopathologist is decent. Dealing with this is frustrating as heck! I am planning to get a transplant assuming the disease isn't active. My life is total misery for me since I have this problem. If there is no solution to this problem I would kill myself if I weren't too much of a coward. The thing that gives me a slight bit of hope is this hair cloning they're working on. Once this is worked out I think it will be a huge burden relieved to the world. I read that hair loss problems are going up with time (especially scarring alopecias becoming a lot more common) so it is a problem that is starting to be taken a lot more seriously. Imagine many depressed people will be functional again once we have the cure. The burden people have, loss of productivity will be fixed. The economy will improve too likely given the new energy people will have once they can be productive again, doing things, making money instead of languishing and slowly dying from despair like I am.

use kétoconazole 2% everyday with other shamoo, do everyday scalp massage during 1 hour or more like me, eat a lot of different supplements, take 5 to 10mg of minoxidil, take dutasteride everyday or fina + duta (the combinaison between the both give better results, i saw studies about that), take RU58841, and topical minoxidil for the temples
you will have nice results, trust me

Do you use one day dutasteride and the other day finas? can you link the studies that say dutasteride + finas works better than dutasteride alone?

o.5 mg of fina the morning and 1mg of fina the evening or 1 the morning and 1 the evening, it depends
and 3 time per week i take 0.5mg of fina the morning (80% of efficacity if i compare with 1mg) and 0.5mg of duta the evening
since how many times do you take duta ? do you have nice results ?

Taking dutasteride daily for 14 months. First 8 months worked wonders but after that, I'm losing hair again. So I think it would be nice 1 day 0.5 mg dutasteride and the other 1.25 finas, right?

Standard dose (0.5mg)
and do you have nice results with 0.5mg of avodart everyday ? noramally it the the most powerfull thing for blocked DHT
you could do a combinaison with RU58841 or CB0301 but it is more expensive because less systemic
