A
Copper may be an important element that is overlooked. I should probably reintroduce maca powder to my diet as it's the best source of copper.

Need some cheering up, really feeling suicidal now.

Could you please tell me more about your dating failures! :D

Right, and then you still see a lot of garbage living/eating ppl with full-heads, and that super zen, fasting, clean eating (bald) guy, with his son which looks exactly like his copy. And you don't think it's all down to f*****g genetics. Give me a break..

They don't even know WHAT CHROMOSONES carry the genes for baldness.

Or am I wrong? There's 24 (include both X and Y, tricked some people out there, didn't I?), yes there is!

People on high-fat diets report better insulin sensitivity in the long-term.
This is still somewhat confising to me. I've read that on Low carb, people develop 'phisiological insulin resistance', which is an adaptive mechanism. If you eat a carb-rich meal after being 6 months in Ketosis, your bood sugar will spike very high for sure.
But I guess, that the effect of becoming leaner (lower bodyfat) that the diet induces, does lead to better insulin sensitivity. Which may be relevant when eating protein.

About the elite athletes going bald, here's my take on it:
  • There is a point where maximum physical performance and optimal healthspan / longevity part ways. Being an elite level athlete requires you to squeeze your very best physical effort. We know cases of long-distance runners suffering cardiac disease, and such.
  • Very high-carb diets should really be only used by athletes. It's not justifiable for a person with a regular activity level to have such a high carb intake
