These are all thicknesses of which I approve. Would be happy for a girl with any of these bodies
Ashley Graham has a very nice face. Honestly, she's hot even though she's overweight. I would have no problem hooking up with her. Long term relationship...idk. There'd be many factors to play into that including her personality, but it would definitely be a concern in my mind that she's riding a very fine line weight wise...i.e., a few slip ups and things are likely going south
Yes the bars can be, I used to do squats with it. I'm looking to lift like 3 days a week, my schedule is pretty jammed packed at the moment.
Ok, you likely won't get an elite body with just 3 days of work, but you can still rise above 95% of the male population if you do the right things
So you just have the 1 long bar, correct?
We'll go with this. This is SUPER basic, but it should help you reach a good baseline of muscle mass off of which you can improve and tweak as you gain experience. You should be able to do all these things with 1 bar, some weights, and the equipment you posted a pic of:
Day 1: Chest/shoulders/tris
3 sets incline bench press
3 sets flat bench press
3 sets overhead press
3 sets tricep barbell extension
Day 2: Back/bis
5 sets barbell bentover row
3 sets upright row
3 sets curls
Day 3: Legs/glutes
5 sets squats
3 sets leg extensions
3 sets leg curls
5 sets donkey calf raises(single leg if you're easily doing 20+ reps with both legs), when you do these, it's super important that you get a full contraction and HOLD the contraction for 2-3 seconds
With your limited time, abs at the end of each workout is probably the best route. Finish up each workout with a little ab circuit. 15 situps, 20 leg raises, 1 min plank, 3x with no rest between each exercise. As you get stronger you can increase the reps or number of times you do the circuit
EDIT: Up to you, but I also recommend doing cardio before each workout
Also forgot to say, aim for 8-12 reps per set, going to failure on most sets. This is ideal for building mass. It's ok to go below 8 reps on the occassional set, but for the most part keep it in the 8-12 range
To me Ashley Graham is stunning i really do hope she can get to a size 10 or 12 which is still 'thick' but healthier than where she is at now...and then she has room to get a little bigger when she's older or has kids.
Dude, thank you so much for taking the time to write/post this! I'm super scrawny so I feel like this should allow for good results on me.

Great example of this going South is Anna Nicol Smith
When Anna Nicol Smith wa first a 'guess' model and playboy model she was stunning..I know that is hard to believe because she became so fowl. (not just her looks but her whole demeanor was disgusting and piggish at a point)
And Anna Nicole Smith was not nearly as big as Ashlly Green when she first came out.
I think Anna was probably a size 10 or 12 in beginning...few years alter she was probably a size 18...(granted she was a gluttonous drug addict)

I was just looking at some Ashley Graham stuff, and damn, she is a beautiful woman
Being with someone like that I would be just be worried, like, one month of stress eating and it's game over

Its a shame because she is in some of her photos thinner (still thick but more normal size) but i think she won't lose weight because of her fan base..they get pissed if she starts losing weight.
this is her thinnerView attachment 44455View attachment 44456

1 more tip
If you've got naturally skinny calves like many white dudes, I'd say do the calf exercises up to 3x a week if you want as they generally don't expend too much energy....depends on what you want to go for. A lot of dudes don't seem to care much about their calf or leg proportions...personally I like having shredded legs that are in proportion with my torso muscle mass, and I had to put extra effort into my calves to get this
If that's too much don't over think it at this point since you're just getting started. Again, your goals and such will evolve as you gain more experience
Thank you again man! My main problem with my body is that I have wide hips, so I plan on working on my lats too.
Yes. Don't neglect your legs. Doing heavy leg work will help you build a better upperbody too.
And, you won't look ridiculous. Nothing worse than seeing a guy who only works out his beach muscles.
Indeed
A muscular torso atop thunder thighs and shredded calves makes you look powerful, explosive, athletic
It will set you apart from this commonality:
Loser. This is today's generation.I find it funny how a lot of girls take Tinder seriously. I was in a FWB with this one girl (she was like a 6-7 face but fairly chubby), she used to brag to me about all the "hot" guys she was matching with on Tinder. I don't think she realizes that most guys literally say "Yes" to every girl as long as she isn't stupidly fat and/or like a 3/10.
guy looks like such a f*****.
Cringe worthy to even say you work out. To each there own, but I think dudes who just train there upper bodies are absolute pussies.
Dont train legs, because they are not mentally, and physically strong enough. Cant handle heavy loads under the bar because its to hard, and hurts. Stick to the basics like curls, and triceps extensions because it doesn't hurt.
Can tell by his skinny fat legs they he never trains them.
