Is it any wonder I hate my life lol... At least I have my hairline intact so the system looks very natural, but it's a small comfort compared to the burden of having severe hair loss while not even 25.

It looks horrible. I will be completely devastated if so much of my scalp was exposed. Has your hair loss slowed down with meds? Once it stabilizes, you can consider hair transplant. It can make a world of difference.

I've got huge amounts of body hair as thick as my scalp hair once was. Also my back donor region is so thick its hard to buzz. I wonder if I would be a good hair transplant candidate.

I never have known much about female baldness because unless I date a bald woman why would I care?
Jkz. I feel for you guys, it's undeniable that the example EL posted is pretty bad, obviously I don't know the first thing of what to do from here and she's probably tried everything already.
I also never really had thought about females and hair transplants before, roughly how many women would be eligible? In fact I don't think I've ever seen a female hair transplant.
I don't really know much about female hair transplant but I have seen some really successful hair transplant's on women. But the cases I have seen may be rare or may be of non-balding women who just wanted to have their hairline lowered.
What a horrible situation. Either gain weight by taking meds or go bald. Both are aesthetically and psychologically devastating. Horrible scenario.

How bad could the gain be?
Its better to be a fullhead and 20lbs overweight then a skinny bald head. 100 overweight is another story
I am assuming that once hair loss stabilizes, grafts can be taken from the back of scalp. But I know very little about female hair transplant so not sure this is viable for females.

I was thinking this.
Pas would you not work harder to keep your weight under control? I mean especially if you aren't currently already into fitness and nutrition, it would be fairly easy to sort that out and also keep the most important thing, hair.
