Tired Of Baldness. Tired Of Ugliness. Tired.

Honestly, I think some people have only seen the negative aspects of pick up.

If you look around there are plenty who are not about manipulation and teach self confidence and personal development.

For me, it improved my life no end and it took me from a shy boy into a man who could now meet women and date like I should have been able to in the first place. Its given me great experiences and taught me to believe in myself and set goals. Because of this I managed to become a journalist, travel Europe, gone to university, and had some wonderful times.

Escorts are a waste of time, and will leave you feeling more.emptied then where you were to begin with.

It's one thing to travel abroad and f*** cheap hookers, but to use them as a main source of release is another.

Saw some of his video. This guy has something what makes many women crazy, it's called charisma.

You have it or have it not.
Full head does not mean that you have success with women!

Otherwise the millions of lonely men with full mane would be successfully to become a woman.
I have some friends without any hair loss but they are alone since many many years.

A positive radiating personality attracts both ,women as well as men to

she's a pretty woman but we have no idea what she is like below surface
We also have no idea 'what' about him attracted her to him
was it his personality or was it his money?
no one can tell unless we knew about her
so far she is just a photo.

if this is what some men want that is fantastic, its good to know what one wants--but then their life should be a devotion to making money in a high paying profession.

But if a man wants a good mate, a good partner, a good potential mother etc etc someone they can count on if they get sick--their has to be more to a woman (or man) then the exterior.

Hairblues, I see.

I don't know if prostitution is the solution, but we can disagree on that. I would encourage them to get themselves out there. Many will get rejected a lot but eventually they will find someone who they can form a healthy relationship with as long as they are realistic.

There are no stories in your newspaper about planes landing safely and on time.[/QUOTE/]
Right, the film industry has handsomely capitalized on that theme as well.

Realistic? In translation: Be aware of the fact that you're now bald so the only thing left on the menu for you is fat and ugly women or single mothers in their late 30s.

And people are supposed to just kindly accept taking such a large hit to their attractiveness and being reduced to that.

f*** acceptance. That's what I say. There is nothing that I won't throw at baldness. I've had numerous diseases. I fought every single one of them. Baldness is no different.

To be honest i get what you are saying..I do get confused by the rating system i often see on here and that does make me at times question a few of their expectations vs reality...it does sound sometimes like 'all or nothing' BUT i somehow dont think this is true.

I am in NYC and I work in entertainment/media industries behind the scenes so when they say '10' I'm thinking of what I think of as a 10 for my geographic area and work life--which is crazy because its like less than 2% of the women in the world fitting this criteria.

But i dont think they mean that.

Also if its just about a woman being beautiful or hot whatever==then really the ones this is solely important need to get in an industry where they make a lot of money. But this takes a bit of an aggressive nature and charisma as well.

I feel deep down they really just want a woman they find attractive who they can have a good relationship with but maybe millennial women are hard on mens looks.

My generation women were not so hard on mens looks...today it seems like men and women are both equally evaluated for looks...like lets say compared to my parents day which were baby-boomers...women were not so selective about looks as men were about women.

To Whatever,

You have the wrong perception of me. I am between NW2-3 and I have hair on my head. I'm also dating someone who is decent looking. I don't know why you thought I'm ugly - I'm about average, maybe even above and thus attract a similar level woman.

I saw his photo, he is the one who can pull a bald look.

Decent framed, tan, good facial aesthetic. Not manlet.

He can easily get 6-7s.

i think he's talking about himself..

i saw your photo i think earlier in threat..your attractive hair no hair...a lot of them don't feel that way. They feel like they need their hair to be attractive--they are not entirely wrong for some men hair is not a deterrent with opposite sex they can carry it better than others....and if its something that makes less attractive 'some' people can hyper focus on it and feel really awful
and then depending on field of profession it makes them feel self conscious.
women is just a part of it.

Hairblues, I agree on the rating. It is somewhat crude to do so but it easily summarises who we are dating looks wise.

For me personally, I go for an intelligent woman who is affectionate and decent looking but certainly doesn't have to be stunning. I'm around a 7 in looks so I might feel uncomfortable with a 10 anyway.

Also, I think its a mistake to think women are shallow. My best friend is a woman who is 22 and she dates a pretty ugly guy even though she is quite beautiful.

Just to clear things up, that picture is a few months old of me with a shaved head. I shared it to prove that some of us can look okay with a shaved head. I've now almost grown it back because it does look better now with hair.

The reason I shaved my head was because I feared baldness and I wanted to confront my fear. I feared I might not get a date with no hair and when I shaved it I went out to see. Fortunately I was still able to meet women, and one of them I am now dating.

Hot is like a mens health model. I'm just decent looking.

I really like this video on whether looks matter - I think it also helps that one of the guys is ginger NW4 and the other is fat:

Dude I'm not blowing smoke up your *** i don't really care if you don't see it or not i am talking pure esthetics of what your photos look like and your hot.
and I live in a place of high standards of looks
You can easily go chill in Williamsberg and pick up very hot young women.
weather its shallow or not thats what these guys in their early 20s want to be able to do.

As someone above said I wasn't talking about you at all. I was using 'you' in a general sense for anyone who is bald and reads your advice to be realistic. The problem with that connotation is that it basically says 'You used to be able to get better looking women, but now you are bald and you look worse so you are going to have to settle for worse looking.' And of course a lot of men don't want to take that hit to their appearance for obvious reasons - everyone wants to look their best.

I saw your photos - I know how you look. You still have a framed face and you have a good amount of muscle mass, which is why you have the stance you do. The problem is as you said - you are NW2/3 and once you go full bald you don't know how that is going to affect your appearance. Have you actually tried fully shaving your head? Perhaps you won't like how you look if you do. I advise most people who think they won't have a problem being bald - shave your head. Rock that look for 6 months and see how it affects your life. Not much to lose. If you don't like it you can go back and get on treatments while there is still time. I tried it and made my decision to treat it.
