Probably fair in terms of the average perspective, personally though looking at a bald guy makes me want to throw up.

Yes, I've had to have multiple heart surgeries and gone through major medical issues my entire life. My heart is at a lower capacity and I have a lower life expectancy, however I still work out every day. I was in the hospital for a week last year. I was cursed with baldness, heart problems, pale skin, short (5'7), fat genes, crooked teath, glasses, Asperger's syndrome, asthma, and bad acne when I was a teenager, but nearly every curse I was given I have made up for by working out every day, getting tanned, wearing good clothing, wearing contacts, wearing tall shoes, wearing braces when I was younger, and recently wearing a headpiece.
Which is why I find people who complain of baldness all day everyday to be weak. I have baldness in addition to nearly every other bad gene, but still make the most of life. I should be a 1/10 but instead am more like a 7/10 (I look way better in person than in photos, I'm not photogenic at all).
I don't deny baldness is ugly, it makes you way uglier than if you had hair. However, there are certain ways to deal with baldness other than fighting it. Instead of desperately trying to cling on to your falling hair follicles, just shave it and get a tan and get shredded. Admittedly, you will never look as good as you would if you had hair; but you'll be able to look pretty decent. And I think hair pieces look pretty good.
