My current regimen is the one presented by Rob from
https://perfecthairhealth.com; consisting of 2 sessions of 20 minutes each, 3 minutes of warming up, 6 minutes of pinching, 6 minutes of pressing and 5 minutes of stretching.
You wait around 12 hours between sessions and each session focus solely on a region (frontal, vertex and sides), that way you leave 36 hours of recovery for each area.
