Probably sebum released because of the temporary inflammation. Don't worry about it.whenever i dermaroll, the next morning i wake up with my scalp oozing some clear puss like fluid. only in one spot on the crown of my head. this happen to anyone else?

Anyone with slight headaches days after rolling?
You can even apply it on the rolled parts, i never had issues when i used minoxidil...What do you guys think: When I'm using Microneedling one time a week only on the hairline and temples, can i use Minoxidil right after the microneedling on the rest of the scalp if I'm trying to avoid the application on the needled hairline and temples?
Do yall Derma pen directly on your hair? I was just doing it on my temples but started to do it all over my head. I have hair everywhere (thin) so when I Derma pen I can't really see all the area I covered. Hopefully it doesn't damage any existing strands

I don't think OP is faking pics just to get people to buy rollers.
I do think a big part of his growth is due to minoxidil.
He was not on any hair loss preventative treatment before this, so a strong response to some drug therapy is likely.
Further due to the abrasions in his scalp he is probably benefiting from systematic absorption of min.
You can but it may increase systematic absorbance of Min. Unless you suffer from side effects then it probably won't matter.
This sounds like an infection.
You need to apply some sort of antiseptic cream like Neosporin to the area. Probably stop dermarolling or micro needling until it's resolved.
Then make sure you are cleaning your derma roller properly by with alcohol before/after use.

Pharmacokinetics
Absorption: Poorly absorbed through intact skin. About 0.3% to 4.5% of a topically applied dose reaches the systemic circulation. Application to skin with decreased integrity may increase systemic absorption.
Distribution: Serum levels are generally negligible.
Special Consideration
Each ml contains 20 or 50 mg minoxidil and accidental ingestion could cause adverse systemic effects.
So I'm just guessing but let's say that after abrasion you injest 5% to 20% systemically. And let's say there's at least 50 mg per ml. That's about 2.5mg to 10mg per application or 5 mg to 20 mg daily.
Someone double check my math but I think you may be getting 5mg to 20mg per day systematically.
That might help explain how his growth has been so exponential.
Awesome dude.
How long did it take to microneedle? Dit you follow the video instructions from the reddit guy?
