My hair is also getting darker. I have to look a few times to see if it's the lighting or something by looking at the background objects, but then I see that it is in fact getting darker!

Btw looks like you're almost cured lol. Great progress man.

How long were you on minoxidil before?

Had a comprehensive blood test performed recently, all values (thyroid, T, iron, immune cells etc) were completely fine.
what about estrogen? that's the big one for me.
I think mainly you need to check stress hormones (estrogen, cortisol) :)

she talks at 7:45min about what we are doing on this thread (male pattern baldness+ mirconeedling).

For the love of god her video is scary when she talks about granuloma and infections....

I guess we are all taking a risk and there's no bulletproof way to stay safe while microneedling/dermarolling at home ( I wish there was).

Im still wondering/ actively searching what is the safest step by step bulletproof way to use dermaroller and stay healthy
She's anoxeric mate. Also I've never heard/seen once anyone getting infections from microneedling... i mean do you get issues when you scrape your knee? no

Ahh noo :(

I'm coming up top 2 months of stamping and so far no cosmetic results. Velus and uncolored hairs I'd dare say there is an improvement, but you can't see them without looking very closely. I didn't really look for them before but there is quite a lot of them honestly... Only thing I know for sure is that there is a big reduction of shedding. Tempted to do this for 6 months (as well as the other stuff I'm doing) before I tempt the plight of topicals and/or minoxidil again.

It really does feel like it's doing something when I stamp but it's not showing too much yet. Coming months will tell.
Are you still trying the vitamin D, Vitamin K, magensium oil?
Stopped my receding before, so eager to try it out again

Gotcha
I assume you are using the peppermint oil

Are you getting off the minoxidil
I haven't done peppermint in 2 weeks. I used to do it somewhat weekly, but on an inconsistent basis. I f*****g hate my hair being all oily.

I have no sides on minoxidil and I only use it once a day so definitely not getting off that anytime soon.

Just keep coming back once a week and that's enough for us. We need to stick together and compile a compelling case for microneedling to see if we can replicate the results in the three main studies. If the response rate is as good as in the studies then we shove this up big Pharma's a**h** who couldn't solve this problem after pouring billions into it for decades.

Absolutely. Imagine this being a solution. It will hit the big companies hard!

It will also hit surgeons who do hair restoration (however they will still have plenty of custom).

I'm also on the dermaroller and minoxidil regime. Will update how it goes.

I doubt I'll ever truly leave this forum. I just love seeing people grow hair back, so will stay tuned to see others results.

Are you derma rolling once a week with 1.5mm? How long are you doing each session for? When do you apply minnox?

Thanks

Meh.

Men used to goto war and have limbs and chunks of their bodies blown off and got less infections.

Before the cotton wall / snowflake society shift happened we used to take risks and climb things and fall over and cut ourselves and graze ourselves and etc etc etc...

We all turned out fine. Yet for all the awesome things we did... we still go bald.

Want to try save your hair? Buy a detminator. Get a years supply of steralized needless since you’re so worried. Switch it on, set it to 1.75mm and fast mode, and get stamping!

Wash your hair first.
Wash your hair after.

Relax.

Repeat.

Six months or forever.

Agreed.... although you know sure as hell big pharma would never go down without a fight. They’d make false claim after false claim against this trying to protect their investment. Try everything they could to discredit it.

That’s what makes me excited about this. The science is there..... the results are positive and follica is doing something similar.
