I user the Derminator at 1.5mm fast on Saturdays and a 1.5mm dermaroller on Tuesdays.
Each session is like maximum 10 minutes. I apply minoxidil at night

dude why are you scared of everything
do you even go outside from fear of getting asthma from pollutants in the air?
I get a little red and have some pinprick spots with the Derminator, but with the roller it's more of a gentle thinglol ignore my last post
Agreed.... although you know sure as hell big pharma would never go down without a fight. They’d make false claim after false claim against this trying to protect their investment. Try everything they could to discredit it.
That’s what makes me excited about this. The science is there..... the results are positive and follica is doing something similar.
What days bro?
I do 1.75mm on fridays but like the idea of twice weekly at 1.5mm...

I'm doing the same thing but twice a month.
Wounding one weekend and gentle dermarolling to produce mild erythema the next weekend. In fact I'm doing 3 sessions on Friday, Sunday and Tuesday for gentle dermarolling like in the two Indian studies and wounding using a pen set at 2mm like in the Chinese studies. For me personally it negates two main things that led me to quit this before apart from negative trolling comments saying those intermediate hair will never grow longer. First, doing real wounding every week resulted in my performance dropping in the gym on Monday. Because of the pen I cannot wait for the next session because the difference is night and day compared to the roller. Second, the best results I got was when I combined both Somebody's style(which is literally the way they dermarolled in the two Indian studies) and wounding but just like wounding, dermarolling gently every day or even every other day became too much for me and this combined with trolls ruining it led to me slowly dropping it all together.
There is no tenderness after 3 days of wounding so @layabout isn't doing something crazy. I'm doing it because of the results he got from the high frequency he is using. My own results before and the results of a few other people who "overdid" this makes me think it's worth trying the high frequency to see if it's the better way.
So far so good because my temple points started their recovery very quickly.
Here is the new regrowth in my temple points.

Yeah I am man. It's on my profile under the info section:Are you still trying the vitamin D, Vitamin K, magensium oil?
Stopped my receding before, so eager to try it out again
Nice to see someone listening , appreciate the words
I originally did the whole 30,000 iu Vit D, 1mg mk7 +1mg mk4, magnesium oil + I rubbed olive oil into my hair nightly.
Scalp itch went away and felt great, plus had bones/joints popping, I could tell my bones were getting a bunch of calcium.
Sides of my head was growing back in, probably would have regrown hairline but ran out of money for the supps
Recently decided to let my body balance its hormones by itself, then I'll probably hop back on with those doses.
Glad to hear you have some progress, and don't feel bad from anything. Yeah I took 30,000 ius for several weeks and my Vit D was tested in range, so I definitely recommend upping it as high dose worked great for me, no health issues great energy levels.
All as the guy said from the original protocol

I heard this machine was good for massage but haven't wanted to shill the money
Well, I can't say I have results yet because I'm just 2 sessions in. But I do my whole scalp even though the only bald spots I have are from recession in the hairline. Whole hair benefits from this.Just out of curiosity for the people having results with dermarolling.. do you roll on the non bald side spots as well?? I have been rolling only on the thinning areas and have yet to see an improvement albeit i am only 2 months in..
Also im using a cheap dermapen, would that make any difference as i find it gets stuck in my skin often and and i need to lift the machine in order to continue
I may go up to the 2mm depth, has anyone had more success with this over 1.5mm?
Thanks
When did your temples started to go? If I may askTemples and the top of my head. I've had incredible results on the top of my and there has definitely been some improvement in my temples.
So they were the first ones to go.Ages ago - they've been receding since I was in my early 20s and now I'm early 30s. Probably not quite ten years but I'd say my temples have been going since 7 or 8 years ago.
I see undeniable regrowth, awesome! Does that temple regrowth occurred very recently? Or was it shortly after the "before pic" (July-August perhaps?). It would be nice to know that, because if you keep getting results at your 9-10 month mark then that's good news for us.Update on my left temple. First pic is from June 2018, second pic is from today (23/01/2019), so it's taken about 7 months.
Thoughts? I think I've got a lot of regrowth. I've tried to take the pics from the same angle and lighting is good in both.

Again, this is one additional instance supporting the idea that order of zone regrowth is inverse to order of balding zones, which is totally intuitive.Yes my temples were the first to go but it was perfectly normal for a guy of my age. It was only when I started diffuse thinking 1 - 2 years ago that I really started to bother about my hair loss.
This would also explain people like ZenHead or ToLGuy then, who're seeing fast recovery on their hairlines but very slow progress on the crown. Also the first to go for them.Yes my temples were the first to go but it was perfectly normal for a guy of my age. It was only when I started diffuse thinking 1 - 2 years ago that I really started to bother about my hair loss.
It's only speculation and could be a lot of things, but we have a reason to think deeper might be better after seeing Follica's new device going at 5 mm.haha 2.5mm really hit the spot head still hurts 24hours later will be sticking to 2.0 i could do 2.5 weekly but it takes it from 2.0 relaxing fun to 2.5 endurance test lol and not sure its needed yet to shake things up
