@Bklyn_23 is diffuse thinner, why did you attack him? he told 80% of his scalp is gone

Anyway balding at 38 is not same as most of us do here – popping finasteride pills in teens/early 20-s just to not go NW5+ before 25-30.

We just get uglier as we age. Ugly never gets better.
It's like our sex drives. All down hill.

My husband (61) says yes. At 53, I will just say I'm more "creative" than I've ever been.
Sorry, I have no clue about your hair. I'm hoping for something good to come along really soon like everyone else.

Creative?? By all means, tell me More!! i'm a licensed Therapist! ;)

No way on this type of forum! Nothing bizarre, though, just changing things up a lot.
My reason for replying to you is because you guys seem to think middle age and beyond means game over for a fulfilling relationship, and that's not true for everyone. Even though our looks start taking a hit, some of us still maintain a younger mentality and deep passion for one another.

Whenever I go to a female friends wedding, I say I'm her gynecologist.

For some reason, I never get invited back!

Joan, if only we can be so lucky to have someone like you in our lives to come home to, middle age life would be a picnic in heaven with a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.:D

I am starting to slowly realize that being handsome is all that matters for happiness.

Money doesn't mean sh*t.

I stopped caring once I made 70,000. I was able to save a significant amount, pay all my bills and travel.

70,000 - 100,000+ has made zero difference in my state of happiness.

Aesthetics determine everything. When I feel good... everything is jolly.

This f*****g anxiety frustrates me, it's all looks influenced. Avoiding people, feeling nervous in comfortable situations, and wanting to be alone despite being an extrovert.

You may have known this already, but they've done studies which demonstrated that after ~$85K, people's level of self-reported happiness doesn't change.

Correct. I read a study that reported after 70,000 an increase in happiness doesn't change either.

After you pay all your bills, debts, and monthly expenses - car, rent, cell phone, food and weekend fun, and still have money left over monthly, you are already ahead of many people. After that traveling expenses, additional explorations, and unplanned costs come into consideration.

Once the milestones are reached of buying a home, and having a decent car are met you will realize your state of happiness is in relation to the simple yet important things in your life - people, relationships, aesthetics, hobbies & interests outside of work.

That's the main reason why I can't be truly happy. How could you, when you look like a living corpse and are treated like sh*t because of it?

I think it goes significantly higher than 70K once you have kids.

"Happiness" is probably even to some extent controlled by genes.

Using data from Add Health, we employ a twin study design to show that genetic variation explains about 33% of the variation in happiness, and that the influence of genes varies by gender (women 26%, men 39%) and tends to rise with age. We also present evidence that variation in a specific gene predicts happiness. Individuals with a transcriptionally more efficient version of the serotonin transporter gene (SLC6A4) are significantly more likely to report higher levels of life satisfaction—having one or two alleles of the more efficient type raises the average likelihood of being very satisfied with one’s life by 8.5% and 17.3%, respectively. Finally, using data from an independent source (the Framingham Heart Study) we show that a linked single nucleotide polymorphism (rs2020933) in the SLC6A4 gene also predicts life satisfaction. These results are the first to identify a specific gene that may be associated with baseline levels of happiness.

Much is embedded in the code boys and girls.

Brutal realization hehe.

It's worse for poor people.

If they can't build things, such as walls, they might as well pick up
poop for animals.

Maybe they can clean up their own sh*t. Some people are LOSERS,
but not me.

It's probably just seasonal. There's a season for everything though.

And I have a feeling, it's going to start this year.

2017 will be the season for my supporters.
