The damage still exists nonetheless even if it's in a different form. Just because you can thrive in society doesn't necessarily mean that you're healthy. Your endocrine system is permanently fucked as well as your sexual organs. And don't even get me started on your mental health. Even if you don't feel depressed, your brain will never be able to fully cope with your transition because your DNA is already set in stone instructing your brain to behave in a certain way

And all of that for what? To cure baldness? That's just ridiculous in my opinion and extremely irresponsible. Also even if it's not for baldness it's still terrible because you're wrecking the sh*t out of your body just to please your feelings

The opposite was true prior as I felt in a sort of purgatory where I'd have to feign my interests and police my femininity. Also I didn't transition to treat baldness, as I'm sure that'd create a whole slew of problems and induce a reverse dysphoria.

Depends on what you take. Certain anti androgens like bica have a slight risk of liver toxicity (though do many meds, and can be easily monitored via routine blood tests). Though you don't necessarily need an anti androgen if estrogen is able to suppress T on its own.

The risk for heart disease depends on method of administration and type of estrogen. Most the risks were based on using conjugated estrogens vs bioidentical ones or using oral pills which can have a prothrombotic effect due to first pass liver metabolism.
