Man, it's decent reults but we need more clear pictures. C'mon do you know that lighting affects very much in diffuse thinning, you probably know this. We need a photo from top under bright light. Can he share a photo from top maybe you can invite him to forum and he can open a thread?

I sent him a friend request a while back but he hasn't accepted. You're more than welcome to contact him. Just PM me because and I will send his FB. I want to keep his info private.

I don't use FB; Also if you can please post higher quality pictures of hair. It looks like you hair got darker; but thats all we can not compare much. Also your hair was great to begin with and I think you will not be ever bald. If you did not use this regimen your hair would probably be the same.

I'm going to make more photos at the end of the month to mark month 4. Do you want pictures in light or in dark? In reference at the end of december.

The hair has begun shinning that's why it looks darker.

Actually you know what I'll do for the mean time? I'll pm you photos of how bad my hair was before.

if the shampoo of 1% nizoral is proven to work what makes one think that 2% cream which is far more potent won't.

My skepticism of ketoconazole is primarily because of the substance classification and the pathway it operates. It is an antifungal medication and has an antiandrogenic effect with a weak binding affinity for the AR. I believe that it can certainly be helpful, mainly to reduce scalp inflammation which is important for reducing shedding and can in turn help promote an environment for regrowth. It also does not hurt to have more substances competing for AR. That being said, why not just use a stronger antiandrogen? You are probably thinking about the side effect profile, which is a legitimate concern, and keto is going to be side effect free for the vast majority of users. However, there are currently a few topical AA treatments available with low side effect profiles, yet with a much better binding affinity for the AR than keto. IMO the only time keto comes in handy is when the other treatments fail to reduce scalp inflammation. If that is a serious issue for you, then it might help you a lot. But a lot of times the stronger AAs and even 5ARIs seem to help enough with inflammation, in most cases.

What other alternatives are you referring to? Would these other alternatives mean I need to take a lifetime subscription to keep the hair results?

If the alternatives you are mentioning are not lifetime subscriptions I can defiantly check them out.

Hi there,

So I wanted to share my results to you guys. These results were not using minoxidil or propecia or any other kind of weird drug. So I basically keep my hair results when I stop my regime.

I used rosemary oil, peppermint oil, bi-estro(estrial&estriol) cream, emu oil and ketoconazole 2% cream

As for diet it was very very strict. I stayed away from all grains and dairy products and ate a diet rich with healthy fats. I can go into more detail with that if you like.

Regarding supplements I took:

1000mg grape seed extract daily,

k2 pills 4 to 5 pills a day

Zinc picco 22mg around 5-6 of them daily

vitamin D3, 10,000 IU daily

Half way through i started using a derm pen which really accelerated things to another level

if you have questions leave them below and I'll get back to you.
People usually try several different hair loss products before they find something that works for them. Many use two or more products simultaneously. Keeping track of all this information can be frustrating and difficult. The best way to figure out what is working is to keep a journal detailing your progress. You should record all relevant information about the treatment process: when you started, the dosage, cost, and any side effects you experience. This documentation will tell you which products are effective, which ones are not, and allow you to make changes as you see fit.
check out this well recommended product

Guys treaments other than 5-ar inhibitors, minoxidil will amount nearly nothing. Even dermarolling is debateble. The natural oils and ketoconozale cream will be nothing but hassle. And you can always have a transplant if you are not happy with the results of big 3 ,believe they will slow you hairloss down at the worst worst case.
Actually at the worst, which is actually extremely common, with Finasteride you can get sexual side effects, mental side effects, as well as your homome levels getting permanently messed up. Worst thing is, the side effects are often permanent for most people that get Finasteride sides.

will do. enjoy thinking about hairloss when you have none.
Not gonna lie but WaccWaccWacc is technically right, the "hairloss" you had didn't really look like hairloss at all, especially not male pattern baldness. It looked like you had the slightest thinning almost neglible from the pictures you posted of yourself. So if that's the case and you didn't actually have male pattern baldness, then yes most definitely eating a calorie surplus as opposed to being very "malnourished" will make your hair thicker. Also, Rosemarie oil and the other stuff you recommend would naturally work for you since you didn't look to have male pattern baldness.

Lastly, the pictures you uploaded of other people, it's very hard to tell the before and after pictures are the same people. I'm not trying to come of rude trust me, I'm just calling it exactly as I see it. It could have possibly even been 2 completely different people in the before and after pictures for all we know, or at best the after pictures could have actually been the before pictures and the before pictures could have actually been the after pictures in reality.

The before Picture of a head completely facing down could honestly have been anyone...

Keto creams is such an hassle and there is no rigorous prouf that it works.
Also, isn't Keto cream only meant to be used for a short period of time? So how can it safely be used on the scalp for Hairloss for a prolonged period...

Okay so deathdiss has pm'd me his pictures. They were a far better set of photos than those he uploaded into this thread which were from 5 years ago. He sent me several pictures and videos of his hair. I actually think he should upload the pictures he sent me from 5 years ago when he was 21 years old so that everyone can see undeniably that he has hairloss.

I can confidently say that he definitely had diffuse thinning.

Thank you for pm'ing me your photos and videos. I definitely change my opinion now that you've presented me with new information. You definitely did have diffuse thinning across your entire scalp and *your* before and after pictures are of the same person. I can't ofcourse at this point say that the before and after pictures of Taiean's client is actually him in both pictures however.

Looking forward to when you update this thread with your new pictures.

Please try to make sure your hair is dry in the new set of pictures and there's decent lighting, because low light pictures such as those pictures you posted in this thread of you make it very difficult to see what's really happening under the hood of your hair.
