Do you think taking oral castor oil as effective as applying on the scalp?

Btw, where do you get your ketoconazole cream? Ive been using the shampoo version and it dries out my hair too much.
Keto cream can be bought otc in the uk &Ire.. also on ebay etc

As for castor oil ingestion, I do not believe it to be effective but there are accounts on forum that use it as an alternative to oral minoxidil and see some improvement.

Guys treaments other than 5-ar inhibitors, minoxidil will amount nearly nothing. Even dermarolling is debateble. The natural oils and ketoconozale cream will be nothing but hassle. And you can always have a transplant if you are not happy with the results of big 3 ,believe they will slow you hairloss down at the worst worst case.

I don't even know why you're saying this. I literally provided pictures of my fast results. Provided pictures of others who have gone on the this regime that yielded far superior results. You haven't done this routine yourself so you really can't be talking like this.

There are countless studies proving microneedling is capable of increasing hair growth drastically.

@deathdiss a few questions

1) How far gone was your hair loss? Like was it very diffuse? And how long did you lose hair before starting treatment and what’s your age?

2) do you apply the keto cream right after the bi estro? And I’m assuming this is after microneedling with 1.5 that day?

3) do you wash the topicals off at any point?

1) pm me and i will show u the pictures of how dog sh*t my hair was. It was very diffused...it started at 21 and im 26 now

2) keto cream and bi-estro are applied together right after. With microneedling I would personally wait 24 hours so you don't get it in your system. I personally did not care and slopped it on right after.

3) sometimes I do...for example when I slop it on in the morning I leave it on for a solid 2-3 hours and then I was it off with regenpure. The second time is at night..I put all the stuff in my hair...vigorously scrub my scalp for 10-20 min and then go to bed with an overnight application

It is a benefit-cost matter maybe microneedling can increase hair count but at what cost. Without folicila people dermarolling themselves, stabbing and bleeding their heads is a concern. This is an extreme measure when you compare it with finasteride or minoxidil. I am not denigrating or vilifying your methods but your method exactly is dependent on the indiviual and not guaranteed. Also you should post more precise photos with same length same lighting, probably you have iphone or hd camera.

2-3 other people I don't know personally have used a similar method and have had remarkable results. I linked their photos in this forum: If these results were gained through your regiment finasteride, would you still have the same opinion?

Didn't they also used minoxidil? If not I will agree with you but again microneedling hurts and there were some bleeding guys 2 years ago in this forum.

No none of them used minoxidil, finasteride or dutasteride. This whole regime is to counter minoxidil use. This is what makes this regime far better than those regular topicals people use.

Yes microneedling hurts I do it at 1.75mm. I bleed on the scalp and then I'm fine. It's not extreme pain after but there is a small tingle feeling. You recover quickly and your hair gains come in faster than ever.

People who microneedle and use minoxidil have reported insane hair growth from it. Studies have been done on it too to back it up

I have another person to link regarding this. I don't know if he microneedled but he was on a similar protocal(no minoxidil, duta, or finasteride)

any documentation of people trying it with little results?

we don't have any studies which is trash ofc

but we do have anecdotes

i feel like poking yourself with 1 or 2 mm needles is not as extreme of a measure as inhibiting your most androgenic hormone

Interesting so maybe you have a point. I have two questions: doesn't your scalp scabs after needling and I know it causes temporary shedding like minoxidil do?

you aren't going nearly deep enough for that if you do the standard 1-1.5mm

i noticed skin flaking and redness and sometimes bleeding

First it is not poking it's stabbing and induce heavy pain and not everybody can stand it. I know that some people use lidocaine. Second whether or not Dht is your most androgenic hormon, It is fairly safe because there is tens of years of research and usage behind it. Finasteride is used for prostate problems and you should consider them to, that they have no problems at all. If thet had serious problems we would have known. Dht does little after puberty and Testestorone compansates its duties.

if you're bleeding then you're doing it right. Yes it's painful but hair gains. You get used to the pain quickly. I do it at 1.75mm personally

Scabs? Not really...I only had that once at the front but that's because I kept going over my temple region too often. But no I did not see scabs while doing it in general.

Man, it's decent reults but we need more clear pictures. C'mon do you know that lighting affects very much in diffuse thinning, you probably know this. We need a photo from top under bright light. Can he share a photo from top maybe you can invite him to forum and he can open a thread?
