Did anybody try Laser device with any sort of success?

Lasers are a scam. I've been reading this board for 6 years and never seen a single success story. They are FDA approved only for being 'safe', not for being effective.

losing hair...while there's no way to tell which LLLT helmet would be the best...the Igrow actually did better than a sit-under salon-type device- the MEP-90. So obviously the # of lasers, while possibly important, isn't the way to fully gauge one particular helmet over another. Same for the LED's. I did post some "evidence" that they can actually do something..it's in one of these threads here, probably the Theradome one.

(sarcasm alert) Did you know the Theradome uses some unique, special lasers that are made right here in the USA? There's a nice video of them actually being made, with "Made in China" plastic helmet parts sitting around in boxes in the same assembly factory. Make sure you use it daily, like the CEO. You too can let your hair grow out and produce remarkable results!

I wouldn't call lasers a "scam"...they just aren't going to produce miracles and probably won't do much, especially on their own..for the majority of users. I would for sure stick with it(not daily for cripes sake) for years as long as you got such a device..

Well I'm not using any LLLT..yet :moon:
But yeah..it's not just with Aderans. 3-5 years for numerous things over the years. But don't worry, that means it's only 3-5 years away! :punk:

all LLLT devices should be compared to each other to see which may work and which not

What else can be important in LLLT than the amount of energy delivered to a single hair follicle....this is Physics..what else can it be?? in the light spectrum which is identified as most effecting the cells/follicles.. More diodes or stronger diodes = more energy transfered to the scalp...up to a certain limit of course - before it becomes detrimental to a cell... We should see all the3re is available on the market and try to assess what is a sham and what my work. I'll try to collate info on all LLLT devices and their Specs and we may come to some surprising conclusions... I fond these and please let me know if I missed some.. in no particular order PLEASE...... .. ..32 Laser Hair Regrow Hat with 32 lasers - price $250......................... HairCare Laser Comb - 6 lasers - price $95......................... HairBuild Power Laser Comb 19 lasers- price $95......................... It may be "physics"..and what you would like to do there would be interesting...but that doesn't help us in figuring out for sure what is better. I mean maybe someone can tear apart Igrow's study or trial or whatever..but when it (supposedly) does better than a (90 laser) hood device that you sit under(see below) 8O

I don't know Jacob, I don't.......you can skew all results to show what you want to "see". Just like lighting in before / after pictures - in these cases you only can stick to what is "measurable" and can't be faked - That's why I buy used cars by their manufactured year - you can't "wind up" car's age - like you can kms. To me the laser diodes are the only "tangible / measurable" measure...

Well..it was "measurable":

41 patients completed the study. (22 laser, 19 placebo). No adverse events or side effects were reported. Baseline hair counts were 162.7 ± 95.9 (N=22) in placebo and 142.0 ±73.0 (N= 22) and laser groups respectively (P= 0.426). Post Treatment hair counts were 162.4 ± 62.5 (N= 19) and 228.7 ± 102.8 (N= 22) respectively (P=0.0161). A 39% percent hair increase was demonstrated (28.4 ± 46.2 placebo, N=19; 67.2 ± 33.4, laser, N=22) (P=0.001) Deleting one control group subject with a very high baseline count and a very large decrease, resulted in baseline hair counts of 151.1 ±81.0 (N=21) and 142.0 ±73.0 (N=22) respectively (P=0.680). Post treatment hair counts were 158.2 ± 61.5 (N= 18) and 228.7 ±102.8 (N= 22) (P=0.011), resulting in a 35% percent increase in hair growth (32.3 ±44.2, placebo, N=18; 67.2 ±33.4, laser, N=22) (P=0.003).

But regardless...Theradome and their shills are all running around saying their lasers are so unique...they're the best. And yet look at how much time has passed and not one single person is getting the kind of results the company bragged about(more time needed doesn't work here...see their claims) I'm sure some of the others have hyped up theirs as well..even if not so arrogantly and obviously snake-oilishly. But if you have the answers...go ahead and make your helmet or have it made and grow all that hair for us :D

Anyone find kinda odd that losing-hair came to this forum as a noob about lasers asking for advice. And now he seems to be an expert and know everything about them and that is ALL he talks about.

If someone who actually wants to regrow his hair came here, it makes sense they would be interested in other threads, don't y'all think?

Right after two other members were banned and a thread was deleted for trying to sell their own DIY lazer device. There are also similarities in their language style.

Both of them have a fixation with the guardians of the galaxy series.

Since I have IQ 135 I'm happy with mine...are you happy with yours? If you don't know yours probably it is a good idea not to look for it - people react badly when they hear "80"..because another a**h** who's IQ is 85 will gladly tell you: "80 is Chimpanzee...haha" I also learnt here a great deal about people's psychology - and being a tech person - THIS was especialy rewarding experience... People are assholes in general - if you pick up a book (if you can find it) "Psychology of the crowds" written by Le Mond - last print before WW2. Very difficult reading though...you would learn that people - when in "safety of the crowd" - behave in a way they really are - just like in "safety" of annonomous Forums. You write things you would never tell others into their eyes - I must admit I have to resist doing the same at times - I may have failed on rare occasions... Let's not get off course from LLLT. I will review all LLLT devices I can find and (hopefully objectivelly) compare them to each other for all to see - and uncover the cons... it will be done on a technical basis only, disregarding any clinical studies and/or FDA approvals. Whoever will read it can make their own judgement - do you have any objection to that??

High IQ also co relates to good writing skills, and from what i observe, my conclusion is quite contrary to what you stated. Even if english is your 3rd 4th language.

I see you're going on your tagents again, typical when someone points out the obvious. So now it is your mission to review all laser devices, lmao. What a bunch of crap, we all know you're one of the twin salesman. We can see it in your writing style, its so obvious.

You really think we dong see through you? A snake salesman gets banned for talking about nothing but lasers. Has a tendency to over use "..." In every sentence, and goes on tangents whenever someone points out what he is.

Next a couple weeks later, you come in... essentially a carbon copy of the twin snake oil salesman. Do you really think that's a coincidence? Or are you going to go on one of your tangents again and simply ignore these sstatement?

Tell me, what is it you're here for anyways? Do you really want to regrow YOUR hair, or do you only care about lasers? I would think a guy who wants to regrow his hair with no agenda would be interested in other cutting edge threads. Have anything to say about that? Or maybe you should be in an electronics forum, or better yet, a laser forum.

There are always people who want to save the World..........I grew up from being one - you will soon too...but Just like you now want to protect the future students of this Forum by trying to shut down any mention of LLLT - I want to protect those poor young guys with male pattern baldness from wasting money on useless LLLT products - as the vast majority are just that - useless and/or outright a con.....by disclosing what those devices really are.......... What's wrong with that? It should make you happy becasue I will slamm the very most of LLLT devices there are................ You discuss other topics/threads which I may not understand or don't believe in (nothing wrong with this either) I share my knowledge with those who appretiate it - you are not IT abviously, so don't bother to come back in here....just like I don't bother to comment your posts in your threads....do you finally get it?? .............the same applies to all who guard this Forum against LLLT... thank you....

This is a forum for consumers. Salesmen and shills are not allowed.

Your antagonistic tone is also completely unnecessary and you should reconsider your approach when you're already on the back foot being in a forum you're not supposed to be in.

Reported you to the mods.
