My believe is that there is a girl for every one of us out there. It doesn't matter how ugly or unsuccessful one is, there is a girl for him.

The only problem is, if you sit at home and don't talk to the opposite sex, you'll never meet her.

Nope, sorry. That is against the law of nature. There are more males in the reproductive age and they have to compete for female attention. Since a male can impregnate a lot of females while the female has to bear the consecuences of picking a genetically flawed male. That is why females are a lotmore picky than males and that means you have to be at least average(in theory) to get your hands on a female, while even the ugliest fattest female will probably get attention.

So in reality it does balance itself out but in a way that some males get a lot of girls, some only a few while some will never taste one.

I don't intend on having children. I'm one of evolution's failed experiments. Proof of that is that I'm 34 and a virgin.

Thats what I keep hpoing (and I have epictetus beat, I'm older than him and never had any romantic contact with a girl. Not a touch, not a kiss :woot: ).

Dude you need to get on some chat rooms or something. Trust me when girls and boys start chatting sooner or later it leads to something. Especially when you dont have to worry about being face to face until further down the line after you've got to know them - Compared to picking up girls in a club scenario. After a few weeks of building up a online relationship she'll be more understanding about your lack of experience.

And yeah I think there are way more male virgins in their 30's/40's than women.

i never believed in karma, and i used to believe in love, it took me some time to really understand that there is no love, and im starting to think that karma is very much true! i see it all the time now, people who "act bad" bad things happen to them. If the guy is unattractive he will just remain a virtual shoulder to cry to while complaining about the abusive, arrogant and aggresive nature of men and saying that the girl that will have you as her bf will be very lucky(alas for some strange reason she doesn't want to be that lucky girl). :woot:

For every man that feels low self esteem, there are at least two women feeling low self esteem. Most women do stress about silly things. That's why they love compliments, they just want the reassurance.

The male to female ratio is ALMOST 1 to 1, it's not true that there are much more men in the world. Moreover, the ratio of females in the western world is higher than the ratio of the males, for the simple reason that men are more likely to die.

Women are picky, I don't argue with that. The better ones have a better chance of picking what they like. As for the rest, they pick whatever is left....

I actually don't agree that it's the women that does the "picking". IMO, the picking part is a mixture of both the female's and the male's desires coming together. (a woman that spreads her legs will get sex any time she wants, but that's not the same as getting into a relationship.)

It's USUALLY the man that initiates something with the opposite sex and then she decides if she wants to take it further or not. In other words, if you think about it, it's actually the men that do the picking and not the women.

A guy that waits to be picked will get nothing. I bet 90% of the guys that post here don't even try to talk to women. (I have my reasons for not trying at the moment, I want to see where my life is heading next year before I get involved with someone. I've just got out of a distance relationship and I don't want another one)

When it comes to passing on the strongest genes, that's such a strange subject. Natural selection dictates that the gene that adapts to the environment in order to survive is the best gene. Depending on what the environment is, white, black, tall, short, fat, slim, bald, etc all have an advantage over the rest... So, thinking in terms of natural selection will not get us- anywhere.

PS: My point is that, a guy that gets out and tries to meet girls will eventually get a girlfriend. I really believe there is plenty fish in the sea for a person that is willing to go fishing.

In my opinion the baldness is mainly from the mother's side, so if I decide to have kids I'll try to make sure it's with someone with THICK hair, and check the father and mother for hairloss.
