We live in 2019, appearance is the most important aspect to a majority of the younger population. Maybe people previously end up accepting baldness, but I don’t see that for our upcoming years as boys become more and more vain. Even on this website, the amount of young people who post on here in fear of balding is growing.

The men you’re referring to are the older generation who generally just accept it because they’re not as vain. Men nowadays are finally beginning to realise the importance of appearance and are finally putting as much effort into it as women would. And you can’t even deny the importance of a better appearance: if a bald unattractive man and an attractive man with a full head of hair applied for the same job and had the same abilities, they would chose the attractive man with hair.

Some of the the men I'm referring to are in their 20's and early 30s like my cousins. Yes appearance is important but not as important as you think it is. A few months ago I saw a guy in his 20's who was very short, glasses completely bald on top and had the crown of hair on the sides. Now a lot of guys online would tell him his life is over and don't even try but there he was shopping with his cute girlfriend that was giggling at everything he said and clearly in love with him. Don't tell me he's one in a million because I see young balding guys all the time a lot of which don't shave their heads out and about with their girlfriends. I see your 19 years old. Girls aren't used to balding guys at that age but as you get older appearance matters less and less. Teenagers have always been vain, your generation is going to be the same as all the ones before it. Some girls you know now that you think of as superficial will end up marrying balding dudes down the line. I guarantee it.

I was wrong about progesterone. I think it's helping. I use progestogel. I tried progesterone cream (from iherb) and it did nothing. Since I use progestogel my itchy scalp is 30-40% of what it was. It's not 100% cure but it help. I really don't know what to think, maybe it's just temporary and itchy will come back ... maybe it's not thanks to progestogel but estradiol enanthate (around 16mg - 0.3ml) every week). I really don't know.
But I still having more body hair and some facial hair :'( I hope it will stop.

Relationships aren’t the only things which occur in life. I’m mainly talking about the younger generation who are becoming more vain so they can try to mimic what they see on social media as an example. Men aren’t becoming more vain for women, neither are women vain for men. There’s an evident high standard when it comes to beauty and a majority of the younger population want to reach that standard. There’s an increasingly growing rate with the amount of kids who suffer with mental issues such as BDD, or eating disorders so they can fit the narrative which is shoved down their throats. I’m turning 19 soon, and I’m gay so women definitely aren’t a bother for me. But, neither are men. Appearance will always matter to me; as we progress into the future, the older we get, the younger we become.

And honestly, the women I know lack traditionalism and just want to get dicked down by anyone so I guess that could be true to some extent.

@bridgeburn, I have a question For the guys who are chemically castrated, are you going to be on those drugs for the rest of your life, is there an age where you will be like f*** hair I want my masculinity back?
I don't like testosterone, and I'm always going to be a hair fanatic..

Youre right, the anti-androgens are not healthy long term. I will not take them forever, however I will take Estradiol forever, which enough of by itself can suppress T.. It may be overkill but for now Im not comfortable without blocked receptors too. I will build hair up and maximize regimen through multiple angles just in case.

I plan to take cypro and spironolactone, at least until after this summer.. then I might try bicalutimide because Bica is safer than cypro, spironolactone and flut. Maybe Ill do that for a year or so.

eventually, I'll probably just take estradiol plus dutasteride, and sometimes progesterone. I'd like to attempt to taper off min someday too, but not until hair reaches maximum.

is this a period where u gonna enjoy your hair and then stop in the future?. I mean for my case, I dnt care to be bald at age of 50,at 50yro I prefer to have high androgens, but now I want my youth to stay, how about you @bridgeburn?
I want my youth to stay literally forever. I'm striving to have good skin and hair even at 50 years old! I don't imagine I'll feel different at 50 about androgens.

I know that your testosterone is female range but do u think you would of had regrowth just by halfing your testosterone? Like taking low dose cypro a few times a week? Along with small dose estrogen.

Hey, I have not been here long time and I have to catch up in a few days, so just 1 quick question, bcs i know lots of you take oral minoxidil.

I decided to add to my regimen oral minoxidil (15mg atm) and still use topical, should I expect shedding? When should i expect any regrow (3 months?)?
15mg of minoxidil is a lot!
I would've done 5mg oral, plus topical....Then maybe 10mg oral.
But what do I know?

Are you taking finasteride or dutasteride?

raloxifene will block aromatase. and a small dose of androgel on the nipples does not hurt.

ralox blocks the receptor not aromatase. its selectively binds more strongly to the breast tissue ER but weakly to the ER in the skin and hair. Its much safer than androgen (pure DHT) imo

i dont like high T too...

only Progesterone and Estradiol suppress my T to 0,35 ng/ml (lower than a female range)

and now i am on 100mg 7-Keto-DHEA (no DHEA anymore (DHEA and Androstendione, Androstendiol bring the virilization back))
the 7KD is like an antiandrogenic too :D

agree about testosterone. but the only place where it can be useful is to smear the nipples of the breast with androgel. then gyno will disappear. what do you think?

Oral metabolizaría en pregnenolona ...

mis niveles están a 3.9 ng / ml (rango femenino) [/ QUOTE]

you think that with 8 mg of estradiol you can lower testosterone by inhibiting LH

Hi mate how do you know your not responding to cypro?
If i remember correctly you started spironolactone around the same time as me but you had to drop it because of an allergic reaction. So you can’t have been on Cypro that long.
You should give it a few more months. You never know you could respond to it.

I gauge thing by my scalp imflammation. Also my Boners are rock hard where as on spironolactone, the head of my dick was actually cold..

I’m getting gyno bad on cypro though. I surf so I can’t stay on this sh*t lol. I have 200mg of setipiprant coming from the private forum so I’m going stay on dutasteride and try and kill the inflammation with the right dose of seti for 3 months
