I wouldn't stay on duta ONLY, I would combine bica with it. Some people call out bica even for improving QUALITY OF LIFE lol
I still question the mode of the results whereas estrogen heals the follicles so in this context, bica might not be bad for bone structure but only because sufficient E is being secreted.

That changes things considerable since T goes up so the spoofing effects must be quite large. Provera is nice and straightforward and gets no love but it might not raise estrogen levels so maybe that's why it isn't used single shot but combined with duta it might work.

Your Estradiol is in normal male ranges and testosterone is in normal female range. You might want a higher E dosage.
Regardless, reduce your Cyproterone dosage to 12.5mg, it's maximum effect happens at 10mg and anything over that exponentially increases your brain tumor risk, plus depression and other liver risks.

Take note guys.

One of the best articles that I found for CPA dosages. It was posted on Reddit.

I was just touting this site and some articles above. Highly recommended.
This was a great article and it expounds on the provera vs. cpa conundrum since they are both progestins. So that leaves spironolactone and bica as working by occupying receptors as T levels go down in general with CPA. So, I am seeing more and more reasons why these AA's might work better but in general they all seem pretty equal when used with estrogen, even just some.

@Almas

Great questions and answers. More info if you want help or other members here.
I was suggesting just reading questions and answers on the two companion sites as a great way to get a feel for the nuances of different meds. spironolactone was not so great in terms of being too feminizing at 200mg. I just stopped it cold turkey which I don't recommend cause it could shock the hair to do so. I upped E greatly at the time too.

You cant use bica and cpa together. They interact.
Your avatar is depressing to me because it makes you look worse than you actually do by emphasizing your forehead. This is something I still.have to de-emphasize cause my hairline is stabilizing about one cm of where it is visible, downward I mean.

Q8: Can Bicalutamide Increase Testosterone Levels More Than it Can Block Them?

The increase in testosterone levels with bicalutamide monotherapy will never exceed the antiandrogenic actions of bicalutamide in terms of androgen receptor activation, as upregulation of testosterone production is merely a compensatory/homeostatic effect to make up for an apparent deficit. In other words, bicalutamide will not increase testosterone levels more than it can block them. The same applies to DHT. See here for some discussion on this topic.

If you click the link, huge explanation is coming up from Reddit post. You can check it out.
