I think there was a rumor about Antydht for being banned because his regimen was "too extreme" lol. Meanwhile there's others on here who have been castrated and aren't banned lol.
I think it was more so because he was touting products and surgeons but I have heard both things. His regimen wasn't any more extreme than @bridegeburn was it? People can see anty on page 15 of the thread. His results from oral min were "too good" and he ended up with sort of a caveman hairline that didn't look right. That put me off oral min for many months. There are worse things than being bald. Imo, he looked much more attractive in his before pics with a mature hairline that appeared stable. Anyone who speaks Polish might be able to contacted him. Georgie disappeared and she was one of the main folks posting. Absolutely zero worked for her and that really changed my notion that females could just throw estradiol at their hair loss or spironolactone or whatever. Many cis-females on here seem to have set off baldness with birth control and don't seem to be able to get things back on track. I recently asked on reddit about treatments via HRT for cis-females so I will report back if anyone says anything interesting. The reddit boards seem a bit dead now and it might be that fewer are transitioning due to Covid19, not to mention that FtM's have been sort of banned in that they are restricted in mentioning vendors since T is illegal without prescription, even off-shore while they would never treat estrogen that way since millions of menopausal women use it daily and since Premarin is the number one birth control med worldwide.

Some times we can get too involved in all of this and we might need to step back or some times the disappointment keeps folks away. I might have to re-read the whole thread, which is like War and Peace in length to try to piece together what worked for whom, in terms of protocol. Anyone who remembers any like Nico, please post what different people tried and which folks had pics worth looking at. Nobody ever posts many pics probably due to the pain of having to articulate baldness pictorially.

My concern with maintenance on dutasteride only would be the hairline. Depends on the individual's severity and history. Some might be able to get away with it alone, for others it might make the hairline worse and might need to go with finasteride+bica, or use RU with dutasteride or finasteride. But if you've only got hair loss in your crown, then dutasteride+minoxidil will cure you. If you've noticed, most people on the forum seem to be either diffuse or struggling with the hairline. The people who get the lucky patch come and go their merry way.

RU is pretty weak and is highly experimental and anecdotal. I have never seen success with it besides the youtube guy.

If you want to use AA, I would recommend using potent ones (ORM/ODM topically) / (Bicalutamide orally).

The nuclear drugs everyone uses on here are very well studied for other indications as well and can be transfered to hair loss because they are used systemically.

I thought that Noah's hairline in the corners was suffering but it was still not that bad so as to imply baldness and that's after one year or so so people probably can back out to harvest sperm and then recommence after.

Yeah I just don't see dutasteride alone a great option for someone with hairline issues, in theory at least. I don't know Noah at all, haven't seen any pics, hope it works for him though.

He and @bridgeburn were good friends and used to hang out together in Texas. When Noah posts pics, he really posts pics, scores at a time. He took pics of a lost weekend with weed of him and bridge and they were really cute, sort of Marx Brothers type photos of them frolicking about with their full heads of hair. They might be around page 400 or so.

I see. He had an insane dutasteride shed (looks like he actually started it a few months into HRT) but it regrew like crazy.

The owner of the site has stated that while sheds might be avoided with Keto to reduce inflammation and perhaps starting at 2% Min will avoid them more so then starting at 5% but that sheds are the price of regrowing hair. I had come to this conclusion as well so I really didn't sweat my shed down to NW7 for many months. Once I looked halfway female, I donned a wig so I recommend either wigs or systems as a back-up during sheds. Most people really don't care but I know it's hard to show up in a wig for guys. Hair systems might be integrated with the remaining hair so that might be a viable path. But sheds usually are good unless they are actually male pattern baldness hair loss.

MtF transition in terms of hair can be subtle but it happens even for folks who aren't bald:

User Maave achieved 100mg of Bica hair regrowth without Finasteride or Duta. So I think 75mg + finasteride / Duta is guaranteed to grow hair.

Are you taking action on those odds? Cause nothing is guaranteed in the world of alopecia. Plenty of cis-females are on here who can't find anything that works.

Why don't you start with finasteride/Min like everyone else and then add bica if you need to. Because right now, you can't get your head around using "female" hormonal meds and that's how it should be. You are a guy and you want to stay a guy. Very few people in the world even attempt HRT for hair regrowth, male or female. And only the successful report back with claims which skews any idea of stochastic significance.
