Might be thinning, might be just maturing hairline hard to tell. I wish i had your forehead though.
What would you do if you were me? I’m happy it’s a rather small forehead but I just wanna prevent anything from getting worse. Feel like finasteride hasn’t done much yet I’ll still keep taking it.

Your next option would be dutasteride. I dont know if it has a big impact on neurosteroids tho.

The next level is using AA's and/or estrogens, if you really want to stop male pattern baldness for ever. Some take it as the first step because of the aggressivness, but thats just a last resort in my eyes.

Should I take dutasteride as a 19 yo? Which estrogens should I look into or AAs? RU?

I have a friend taking dutasteride at 15. He had aggressive hair loss. After a year he got 25-50% density back and a little bit regrowth on the hairline. He has no problems with it. Tho he fears that duta is depleting his neurosteroids. I am not sure about that, I have to keep an eye on studies about that fact.

As a cis-guy you shouldn't touch estrogens. That's the main rule for a man lol. But sadly, some people have to take Estrogens and Anti Androgens.

You have to consider that estrogens and anti-androgens will do the opposite of the man's function.

As for Anti-Androgens, I would recommend Bicalutamide. In right dosages it blocks androgens from working in androgen dependant tissues for expressing androgen information from your genotype. Thus it can stop male pattern baldness dead in its tracks. While using it you can develop or most-likely will develop an estrogenic-dominant hormone profile. Gynecomastia, no sperm production etc. Because of that, the usage of estrogens is not really needed in most cases for bica, unless you need to tank your T levels.

Something stronger than duta, as I stated here, is playing with fire. I alarmed you!

My goodnesss! I definitely will never mess with estrogens. I’ll try min and derma rolling and probably add dutasteride in the near future. Thank you very much.

No problem! Tho min and derma rolling aren't adressing the cause. Its like having a cup with a hole and leaking water. I couldn't rely on that personally. There are fellow members using especially Darolutamide topically successfully.

My hairline is similar, the temples are angled up high and the center of the hairline is a lot lower. You still look pretty solid, but I might consider a maintenance protocol soon. Only concerning thing there is the temples imo.

Only been on finasteride, which I feel like hasn’t done much in 9 months. RU seems very nice, yet scary cause it’s not even FDA approved like am I supposed to take it forever

Of course, I want to just because it’s a good growth stimulant and FDA approved, but obviously finasteride and especially dutasteride do the heavy lifting

you can send me a link for dutasteride please

Proscar is about one fifth the cost. The only difference is you have to cut the pills into fifths, which I did by estimating and biting off a bit.

100$ jesus, it's like 12$ for 30 tabs 5mg here
I could make a killing smuggling finasteride across the borders.
