We don't get offended every time a man here refers to women as hypergamous "b**ch"... We did embraced him. I remember a I post of mine saying it was cool to have him on the section. I also remember @Afro_Vacancy condamning the use of the word "phaggot".
also think he did not appreciated that i pointed out his borderline post about black people need to mature intellectualy, despite the fact he used the word "African American"... Irony!
I think he has issues outside of this forum that might reflect in here.

I'm against the use of the terms f*****, ********, sl*t, etc as weapons. If you see me use them please point it out so I can be aware of my mistake.

Someone might say that "they're just words," but language is a defining feature of humanity. Asking people to ignore words is to ask them to stop being human We shouldn't diss people for things they can't control.

I see people on these threads who use 'politically correct' language and believe they are unbiased because of this.

BUT flip side those same posters I will see more 'covert' mysogeny, ageism etc then the people who use whatever words they want to.

Content is more in important than labels.

I'm no longer angry at the two women discussed yesterday. It did drain me the entire day and broke my concentration during important matters, but going to sleep has the effect of rebooting my feelings.

I had a good therapy session this morning discussing the contents of last night's post. To briefly summarize she said that I likely have a lot of anger at women and it's a barrier to relationship formation. It can come out in obvious ways like yesterday mornings texts but it may also come out at other times by an overcompensating niceness. Women won't necessarily pinpoint the specifics of what's bothering them, only that there's something bothering then, if even that.

We talked about my anger in other contexts. She asked me I was angry at her. I thought that was gutsy but it made me uncomfortable. She said I looked angry. She said she thinks I have a lot of cover-up going on and that she's only seeing like 8 per cent of my anger. She thinks I'm afraid of my own anger, she asked me I think would happen if I got mad at her, it took me a bit of time to answer, I said I think that she would withdraw. And then we ran out of time and we scheduled our next appointments.

We talked about a few other things. I mentioned that I posted a summary if what happened here, she said it might be a problem as everybody gives opinions and I'm someone who is extremely receptive to outside advice/criticism/commentary, so it might be overstimulation. I agreed to take a one week break from posting to see how it goes.

See you later guys. I guess posting this is contradictory to the point but some people might be curious given my ongoing posts.

I agree for the most part but some words like niggers and paki's are so insulting to use

Without sounding like a dick - I bet a lot of men who find it hard to get laid end up a little bitter about women.

They want something they cant have and they at first get frustrated, but later that same feeling turns to anger.

I'm taking you off ignore before logging out.

I don't know if your post refers to me. It could have. I did ignore some ageism and sexism directed at you last week, that was wrong of me and I acknowledged it a few hours after the fact.

In terms of my own posts, I don't think I ever hit you or anybody else with ageism, there was likely some gender bias though.

I think both content and words matter.

so much for you ignoring me.

You and PJ both attacked me as a woman for my age and for my 'bitchyness'

You have selective memory.

@Wolf Pack

Please ban me.

The sick and demented ASSHOLES on this forum were celebrating their vile homophobia in another thread and you did nothing. When I called them out for it, they grouped together and started treating me as an out caste. I lashed out at one of them in frustration since I am outnumbered here. and now they have ganged up to dislike my posts as a punishment for standing up against them.

There was a time when the word 'phaggot' or 'f*****' led to immediate ban. What happened? Freedom of speech eh?

I came here in 2013 when crackpots where selling violet machines and pushing pseudo scientific gibberish to hijack this forum. They used to call every proven treatment poison. I helped fight them along with some members who are no longer here.

Perhaps I should have taken their lead. I am doing it now. Better late than never.

I know I will be bullied once again, so I will not bother coming back to see replies to this post. This forum helped me cope with my depression concerning hair loss. But all good things come to an end I guess.

I am going to miss afro_vacancy the most.

Goodbye!
Being gay is totally fine. In this post you're being a f***** which isn't the same and not fine. Goodbye!

We used too at times but I always felt him needling me from day one and whenever i would go back at him hard after 5 little smirky comments over the course of several days/threads he would pretend it was all me and that I was 'mean' and he was innocent victim and the forum would buy it of course because they were not following all that led up to it.
Then it blew up and he tagged his friend Pj and the two of them criticized me as a woman i was called an old, b**ch, and compared me to other female posters in my 'behavior' as a woman my 'class'... which have your opinion say what you want but then don't pretend you are this pro-female guy policing politically correctness because its all bullshit.

It is interesting to see his therapist thoughts. It is basically what I had noticed and confronted him on and he made it like it was 'all' me.

I wish him well in his life I enjoy some of his posts but really I would never trust or want to be friendly with him again.

Hummm... I respect your POV.
I see it quite differently. First of, the fact of saying that it is about "things people can't control" bothers me... This expression implies it is like some kind of disease, abnormal... Yes, we can not control a big part of what we are, but that's not the point IMO.
Secondly (but it is all connected in my mind) words are part of our morality and humanity, of course. Words are important, and the choice of words is revealing. Though it seems to me that it is more complexe than that. One should not just consider what words people are using, but also the "way" and tonality, and also the context on which they are using it. For instance, what Karankaran said about Black people did bother despite the fact he used the word "African American". Again, it is an exemple of someone being politically correct but, actually, spreading racist views without even noticing it! (Note that to me racist and racialist also are two different things... )
On the contrary, I could use some "Bad" words in some contexts depending on the purpose of this use. I could say "********" to annoy politically correct people. I could also joke about very dramatic indecent things. It is essential to think against oneself, against what you mistake for your natural very personal way of thinking but, is, really, just the shared ideology at the moment. One must, in my opinion, think against is "time". Or else it is spirit morbidity and casual stupidity.
Finally, I have been myself called many things I don't think I am from people wanting to juge me for not being pro multiculturalism (you know it first hand! I told you about how some people tried to make me an "infréquentable"), and to démoniste me. The violence I suffered did hurt me like in the heart of my heart.

I dont know if you followed this in France but Bill Maher said a joke, off the cuff in moment and it was funny--where he said 'house nigga' and people lost their damn minds

And he had a friend of his who is black a scholar discuss it with him and that was like 'okay nice discussion...at the end of the show he had on Ice Cube who really ripped Bill a new one for using nicgger--and it was disgusting to watch.
Bill maher weather you like him or dislike him probably does more for awareness of policy with his shows about black people then Ice Cube an aging 'thug' living now in Beverly Hills still trying to pose like he is 'bad'. It was actually sad to see him like this.

Anyway I agree and you know I am liberal girl lol but I cant stand the censorship bullshit. Its not my main cause in life since its mostly happening on college campuses and politically my mind is on other sh*t..but I am not a fan of it I dont agree with it...

I enjoy our politically incorrect little forum..its interesting and we all get to really 'talk' which is why I think we come here.
Otherwise I will go back to Facebook and look at rescue dog videos.

I did log out on my phone, and now prior to logging out on my desktop ... (lol)

I agree with everything you wrote. I think words at the matter but not at the expense of tone and content mattering, all of it matters, there's no dichotomy to me. I know which post of karan you're referring to.

When I wrote my post to you I was only discussing language in the general sense and your specific post, not addressing the larger conversation that you and karan are having. I noticed that he's disliking a few of your posts, but I don't know where that fight started or what the fight is about, plus again I didn't want to pile on given thew awful head space.
