Having goals are very important in life, something to look forward to whether it's a loved on or a financial quest. Those ambitions, and fuel to achieve this will give your life more meaning.


Direction is very important. At no point should you be telling yourself 'i dont know'.



I believe this was one of my saving graces, knowing that I can eventually fix my issues. Even if they are still present, the fact that something can be done is what keeps me going.

My christmas plans, based on priority in the following order -

1) see my family as minimally as possible and when I do, wear a hat to avoid humiliation and discomfort
2) drink, all the time
3) play with my puppy
4) work on houses, alone maybe drunk (will try to avoid gas line and furnace work if intoxicated)
5) vent on hair loss talk... SO I'LL TALK TO YOU.
