No I think you misunderstood, I was agreeing with Exo. Chris Rocks joke was that he isn't looking over his shoulder for the media, it's for dangerous black people. For various reasons they do exist, in abundance, and that's been the plan all along.

A handful of different forms of slavery have been enforced on them, and the next one is the literal ghetto- as prisons become overpopulated, electronic tags that keep them in their neighbourhood. This is the next step in slavery, now benefitting corporate racism.

So I'm not putting blame on a race, if anything I sympathise with them, but this is reality, and I'm sure if you were in exo's shoes you'd be just as hasty in such a neighbourhood.
