“B-but back when MY GENERATION was young we understood that boys are boys and girls are girls!”

Stop. You’re embarrassing yourselves. Sorry it’s too late for you to realize that male hormone is crap.

Observation:

Summer 2022- I start HRT via estrogel monotherapy, I experience extreme shed due to starting an extreme (despite poor) regimen. I start estradiol cypionate injections in Jan 2023 and start experiencing good results.

Summer 2023- I switch from estradiol cypionate to estradiol enanthate based on a 4chan user informing me that it is an 'objectively better' ester. I experience extreme shed, leading me to switch back to cypionate/regrowth in autumn.

Summer 2024- Approx 2 months into lower 12.5mg daily bica dosage, reduced from 25mg after shedding. Shed shed shed shed shed

So is it at all possible that I just shed during the summer? I always blamed this on my funky regimen but I feel like the temperature is gonna go down this autumn and my hair will start looking much better and stop shedding.
Anytime you shift your hormones you’re risking telegon effluvium. That can be immediately, or it can be months from when you shifted it

Usually the hair reacts late. A month after I stopped T, I started experiencing telogen effluvium hair loss. It's still going on, but I know it will stop in about 2 months. You should not be concerned about telogen effluvium at all, you should ensure that there is no miniaturization.
In the context of the fact that hair reacts to hormonal changes with a delay and you need to wait months until the situation stabilizes, it is foolish to believe people’s stories about how changing the estradiol ester stopped telogen effluvium. This would happen even if you didn't change the ether, you just had to wait.

Have you been in contact with any moids lately? I also broke out a few days ago and I'm suspecting I got infected by a moid. I woke up with 4 spots for the first time ever since I trooned out. Use tretinoin if it continues (or use it anyway for better skin if ur not already on it)

Damn this forum has fallen hard compared to what it used to be. Why all the hate on each other guys? The enemy is male pattern baldness and we gotta do everything it takes to stop it. I was going to ask about people's experience with bicalutamide since I've already been on finasteride and minoxidil for 10 years and it's starting to lose effectiveness. Anyone have any success on bicalutamide? I don't mind mild feminization (which I hear is hardly an issue on bica anyway)

I decided to use what already worked for me and not take risks. Some claim that Cipro ruined their hair due to high progesterone. Maybe I'll try Cyproterone in 8 months when my Bicalutamide runs out.
Is bicalutamide helping you?

I used to be a lustful person and I never will be again. Chasing hair is entirely more valid than chasing orgasms
Yea but the issue is that these meds can f*** you up big time. You can buy a full cap hair system and no can tell it's even fake. You have to go get them custom made tho. Not the ones you buy online and glue to your head like a weirdo

I don't understand how someone can be on finesteride for ten years and it actually work for them and then come to this form thinking about tranny drugs. The obvious solution would be dutesteride. Since finasteride worked for so long. Also if it's worked for you for ten years your prolly like what? 30? Since your hairloss isn't extreme you could prolly get 1 hair transplant and it last you Till your 45. Or longer. I mean be happy finasteride saved you in your prime

No sir you got the wrong idea. I have sh*t genes, started going bald at 16. Currently 26. Finasteride and minoxidil saved my *** no hair loss for 10 years but now it's starting again. Yes I'm hoping to stop the loss then consider a small transplant in the front to lower the hairline. Ive read alot of success with bicalutamide and how it doesn't actually lower testosterone just prevents it from binding to the androgen receptors.

Why not switch to dutasteride then? I got 0 shedding when I switched and lots of new growth but I can't know for sure if its from dutasteride, mk677 or if it would've happened anyway even if i didnt change anything

Growth hormone secretagogue that raises your IGF-1 and growth hormone to puberty levels, I'm just experimenting with it and hoping to get faster hair growth from it. I'm taking it for around 40 days but I also switched to dutasteride at the same time so I don't know which one is responsible for my new hair growth

Turn on English subtitles. This video is about the evolutionary decline of masculinity and testosterone.
